Some of these may be very personal ?

Mine are.

 

Doing a course with the Princess trust voulenteers. This was a team building course over the period of 12 weeks.

 

Wheras I went away to the Lake District for a week.

 

Raised funds and materials to help renovate a young childrens play center.

 

Raised more funds by the way of sponserhip, to help take some people with learning difficuties out for a day to Blackpool.

 

The sponsership events included a 24 hour stay awake marathon. Which I won!! As I was the only one that stayed awake. :smug:

 

Washing the cars for the Mancehster City football team.

 

And a fancy dressed coin collection. At one of Manchesters Main Train Stations.

 

And then completing the course in way of a themed presentation in which everyone who complted the course in front of The Lord Mayor of Manchester, with family and friends in the audiance !

When I was 11 (in 6th grade) I was in the English A course. We had a total nerd who always got A's everywhere and an English boy in our course. In the first exam in that course I was the only one to have an A and they both got a B, that felt good. :P

I got an award the first year I was in the U.S. for "most improved English language skills". I still use the award I got: a dictionary and a thesaurus :smug:

 

that was a really good feeling 'cuz i'd had lots of problems with the english... :/

 

funny thing is, i just e-mailed the teacher of that class last month after 10 years...and he remembered me and was exstatic to hear back from me! :blush:

 

 

i got other ones too...but, i'll relent... :P

Finishing my english class after 8 years. I didn´t get the Michigan certificate though.

ohhh i participated in the high school science fair, won that...went at district-level fair, and won that too....so i represented my school district at the state-level science/engineering fair....didn't win there...lol

 

my topic was really stupid, now that i think about it. i made aspirin in a cheaper way...but aspirin is already CHEAP...lol

Uh, a lotta things.

When I got two job offers on the same day.

 

When I graduated from high school with honours and a bunch of awards.. I guess I was proud then.

When I got my GCSE results

 

When I got my 'A' level results

 

When my 'A' level music teacher called me an "exceptionally brilliant musician".

 

When I officially got into university.

 

When I performed my first proper gig, when my dad overheard someone say "that last band were good, and the singer (me) was great".

 

When I performed as a bass vocalist in St. Mark's Cathedral, Venice.

 

When I met Black Rebel Motorcycle Club.

 

When I saw Radiohead at Earl's Court.

 

When I saw Oasis at Finsbury Park.

when I got a school letter...

I am the proudest monkey

it always has something to do where i'm winning money :P or just getting it for something i've done

when my gym teacher told me, my twin sisterm and my best friend that the graduation phys ed award for the girls was most likely going to be between us three. haha competition. :P

 

when me and mindy were little we won this walkman for singing a song from the movie "oliver".

 

when i got my first A in school.

 

when i won my coldplay lithograph. or was that bursting with happiness? :D :P

 

definatly when my basketball team got 3rd place in the area finals.

 

the volleyball team i'm on won 13 out of 15 games. damn final games....the 2 we lost had were the most important. but i was still really proud.

 

when i got first place in the areas for shot-put. haha mindy got second.

When I won the Karaoke competition on January 16th in front of 1500 people...I'm allowed to go backstage at a music TV show...aaaw if Robbie Williams is there!! :o (I can forget Coldplay...they would never come to a show like this... :( )
