June 4, 200422 yr who has heard of it? well i am on day 10 of doing it and it has been good so far i've lost 6 lbs i haven't had bread or anything with sugar in 10 days!! :o

June 4, 200422 yr Author http://www.southbeachdiet.com/ is pretty informative there are three stages of this diet, like many others. the first phase is 14 days long and you can have practically NO CARBS whatsoever, besides for the good carbs in some veggies then phase two lasts for as long as you want to lose the weight to get to your goal weight, you will lose about 1-2lbs a week on phase two and it slowly starts to bring in carbs back to your diet but only good ones. example: whole wheat pasta, rye bread, pumpernickle bread etc. phase three is just maintenance for the rest of gotta go write later

June 7, 200422 yr Diets like that are tempting but they're really bad in the long run because it's almost impossible to keep the weight off unless you plan to never eat carbs again in your life.
