Yes. Well, kind of... I've never been on a proper diet, I eat whatever I want, but now I'm trying to eat less and go for low-fat stuff.

I try them every now and then but just can't stick with it .. although it would be fabulous to lose some weight *sigh*

 

I just try to eat well, lots of veggies and fruit and low fat stuff usually...

Well, I guess technically if I wasn't on any diet or any kind I'd die of starvation. :P

 

But no, I'm not trying to lose weight via eating habits.

actually, I'd say I need to put on more weight, which is why i think having such a high metabolism is a pain in the arse. :angry:

Not really. You can pig out and eat all you want and not gain any weight. Give in to your cravings. ;)

 

 

I'm not formally on a diet, but I watch what I eat. I also exercise each day; not sure if it helps. :p

not exactly but weight is a trauma for me... :/ ...but I guess it´s almost for girls at my age!...well I think so!...or not?....my headaches are caused by this but I feel better this way! :P

and low carbohidrets (whatever you spell them) diet

and fruits that have too much sugar

and candies

and flour....bread

well anything with sugar :dozey:

I used to be a carb fiend but i've cut back on that lately...oh, and i eat a lot more veggies. I'm making my momma proud. :lol:

I have a lil´voice within that says: don´t eat that ...you´re gonna get fat!...that´s not healthy...danny won´t likes you with a piece of cake...mokas...chips...and all that kind of junk food in your body!.... :lol: :lol: :lol:

Nah I'm not on a diet but I've been losing weight anyway because I'm so active all day, I walk half an hour to and from work and run around with kids all day. :P
