Featured Replies

She's 16 and coming from Germany. She has taken 6 years of English, 2 of French, and 4 of Latin. And she likes horses, and has her own. I hope we'll get along since she will live with us the entire school year. She'll go to my high school and everything. This shall be interesting. :D

Sounds like fun! I wanted to host an exchange student in grade 11 but my parents didn't want a stranger living in our house.

In her profile there were a couple pictures of her and her horse. Horses are basically my life, so I wanted someone with similar interest. :D

i hope u get along with your exchange student! But don't worry too much if u don't- my host sister and i didn't have much in common but we still keep in contact and she's like family to me!

viel gluck! :)

We've had exchange students at my last school, Japanese ones mostly and they always do the peace sign in photos, always. So, I've adopted that now, haha. They were funny when they tried to pronouce my name (I know it's mean) and gave us these weird lollies to eat from their homeland. :)

Hahaha I forgot her name..i didn't pay attention to names, just stuff about her. She arrives in mid-august. :D

That's cool. It's kinda like instantly having an older sibling. :D

May you get along with her. Looks like you have a few things already in common.

Coolie woolie :D
