Haha, I refrained from singing along in the C-stage part because I knew I would ruin the video with my awful singing, so close to the phone ! :D

Feel like that all the time :( I am having real trouble with that, to be honest. When something happens, even something minor, that is negative in any way (for example an argument, or a disappointment,...), it tends to drag my mood down immediately and have a lasting effect because I cannot easily forget feelings like hurt, anger or disappointment. So a small negativity can ruin my day, but a small happy occurance is not gonna have a huge imact on my overall happiness. That is where the problem lies, I wish I could change these cognition patterns in my head to increase the impact of positive things on my state of mind. I feel the same, there are some thoughts that I wouldn't tell anybody, no matter how close. I tend to think they might be embarassing or might me look like I'm nuts. But actually I believe it is wrong to think the latter, because I think we all have a spark of craziness in our minds just because one has odd thoughts does not mean it is a bad thing. After all, "normality" is just an artificial construct by human society, but the real beauty lies in diversity. Anyway, my mind is usually a mess and I have trouble concentrating. Which is a real trouble because it sometimes happen to me that I ask someone at work about an information, and then my mind wanders off to distant places, and I mechanically reply something like "OK thanks!" and later I realize I did not even hear what the other person was saying, and I have to ask again. So awkward !

From the NY shows, when the concert starts at 7, Coldplay would come on at about 9 pm ! First Foxes and then Alessia Cara. I didn't enjoy Foxes very much (but I also felt a bit sorry for her, it is an ungrateful job to have the first opening slot because she sings to a stadium that is half empty and half preoccupied with getting food/drinks/looking at Coldplay merch/dwelling in excitement about Coldplay). Alessia Cara certainly has some catchy hooks in her songs and also does singalongs with the (by that point much more complete...) audience, from what I heard from her talking between the songs she seemed really nice and to have a good message in her songs, albeit definitely geared towards a teen girl audience. :)

I am so sorry to hear that you will be going alone... :( Such a pity we live so far apart, otherwise we could've gone to the same show and surely would have had lots of fun together :D By the way, I did unfortunately not find out where B1 would be during my show, but I saw that TM has updated the seat map now so I hope you know where your seat is now.

It's maybe an embarassing fact, but I have to admit that I keep going back to the video I took from In My Place on the C-stage on Saturday, despite it having huge sound problems (apparently there was a problem with the phone mic and the sound keeps switching...). But I just love this performance, I can't really explain it but it gives me this warm happy feeling knowing that I have seen it live :D Do you see that yellow/orange light they always shine on the audience during the chorus part ? That's how I feel about this song !

It is Square One ! The reasoning was indeed, if you perform the action in the title "square 1", you will end up with 1, which is exactly what you started out with ! On the other hand (and I realized that only after I had written the riddle, so it is not the main reasoning), the idiom "going back to square one" means going back to what you started out with, giving an even deeper level of meaning to it all ! @ChrisMartinFan - you first mentioned the right answer, but not for the right reason because you said it is not an action. I tried to hint that you are on the right way, and I didnt state you were wrong (you're still fairly new to our guessing thread, when it is not explicitly stated that it is wrong and it may be a hint that you are right :D) @flockofbirds222 - mentioned Square One too, but again not for the right reason @Nie - stated it in the inverse way (as the root) but had the correct idea, followed by @coldplayisawesome and @guy42. Whoa, what a teamwork :D
