Can't stop listening to AHFOD. So glad Chris hasn't forgotten his original influences.

But just these 4 songs are already better than MX and GS combined.

That's VLV for me. I always love hearing Yellow live.

It's very good Dad rock though.

The transition from AHFOD to Yellow rivals the liquid ambience of the AROBTTH days. Can't wait to hear that live.

I don't remember many wooahhs in AROBTTH in fairness.

The only thing I'm not liking about the new songs are the "wooooh-oohhh" bits. They sound the exact same in all the new songs. Way too forced for my liking.

I'm liking it. Although, it does make me want to switch it off and listen to U2. I can't decide whether this is a good or bad thing? :confused:

If AHFOD ends up as Coldplay's last album, you start with Don't Panic and end with Up and Up. Sure, some shit along the way but not too shabby boys, not too shabby.

Apart from Noel's solo, I much prefer AHFOD to Up And Up.

I have a feeling there was an encore and it's just not being streamed...
