  1. Yeah when you zoom in you can see it is quite clearly a banana. Thank God.
  2. True. That wasn't as blatant though, I think it's pretty obvious they weren't payed by BMW to include that. Seems more like a stylistic choice. Anyway, We haven't seen the video and as jc90 said, probably not even the pill.
  3. Hope you get them, hopefully it will work out. Any idea on the price?
  4. That was the intention ;)
  5. No it doesn't guarantee you a ticket, but I'm wondering if there's a limited number for the pre-sale? The allocation could be as low as 5000 tickets for the pre-sale which would make me think it will still be very hard to get the tickets. It's up to 4 tickets but you don't have to get 4.
  6. And they say Coldplay are a corporate rock band.... Lmao.
  7. So guys I need some advice here if you'd be kind enough to advise. I've pre-ordered AHFOD from Amazon which in theory should entitle me to a promo code for the pre-sale on the UK stadium gigs. I still haven't received the code, anyone else in the same boat? So if I do receive the code by November 27th will the tickets still go extremely fast or is there a good chance I might get a couple of tickets? There's no date in Ireland so as inconvenient it is to travel this is probably my best bet.
  8. So I just pre-ordered AHFOD from Amazon and my expected delivery date to Ireland is the 7th. Kind of defeats the purpose of pre-ordering! I should just go down to the CD shop on the 4th
  9. Wouldn't it be great if you only had to come over to Ireland to experience a foreign Coldplay crowd? ;) What a shame :(
  10. No Ireland again. We're your closest neighbours for God's sake. What. The. Actual. Fuck Coldplay?
  11. It was actually during the X&Y era on the twisted logic tour when Richard Ashcroft was touring with them IIRC. Can't remember the exact quote but it was something along the lines of "Ashcroft noted after shows the band huddled around a computer monitor and checked the fan reaction to different parts of the set on fan forums" Hope that jigs your memory :) I'll find the exact page number later.
  12. There's a section in the Martin Roach biography which stated during the Viva era they actively checked the site. I can't be bothered finding the direct quote now but I'll have a look in the morning. I'd say it could be a possibility.
  13. Could you upload it for moi please? :)
  14. The Oldplayers, who watched all of this with dismay, decided to take action.
  15. It's all about context. I'm not hating on something I haven't heard, I'm criticizing the context in which the album is in. Collaborations, Stargate, Actresses, Ex-Wifes, the first single etc. Believe me, we know a lot about what the album will sound like without hearing it.
  16. Well, in my country, they usually play the national anthem after last orders. That wasn't really the point of the analogy. The point was given the context of the interview and Coldplay's current direction, it's a fair assumption to assume the 'big single' will be very electronic.
  17. Sarcasm/Mockery is the lowest form of Wit and argument. Funny though, despite the extreme sarcasm in your post all of it is true.
  18. Hardly. They still have the chance to veer away. They obviously still have it in them to write another Viva, they just don't want to.
