I didn't like it too much for the first few plays, either, but it's growing on me a bit now.

I think sometimes his lyrics are quite abstract, almost like abstract poems, but they do make sense if you think about them.

I love Low! But i don't think it would have made a good first single, i imagine hardcore fans would have liked it, but it's not one thats going to immediately appeal to the masses, and so wouldn't do well as a first single with such a long break between albums.

I think that's pretty good, for your question marks i would put 'and ignite your bones' 'when your too in love to let it go' not sure about the watch and learn bit, sounds a bit more like 'just watch your world' to me, but i don't think its either.

Just listened to it for the first time, and words can't describe how good that is!!! Its like a million times better than the bootleg, i actually cried listening to it, wow!!!!!!!! I'm so happy now! :D :D

In the q&a on the official site someone asked this question: "What's this i hear about the return of solid ground with a new name. in the bootleg recording, chris said that they qould record it with a full brass band. has this happened? please tell us!" to which debs replied "i can't! oh, ok, no brass.....!" I just listened to Solid Ground again and the lyrics sound like they would fit a name like Swallowed In The Sea: And when I get back on solid ground I'm gonna crawl my way to you.
