Where are those 'birds' if I may ask? I agree it might have been recorded in open air but I can't hear any bird. Are you using headphones?

I don't think it's a real bell either (except for the outside). You can hear that it's obviously the sound of a recorded bell (maybe in open air as it's been said above) because it stops so abruptly which I think is because it is programmed for VLV. Otherwise Will's ringing the same bell at a time, if you know what I mean. I also noticed there's always this electronic functioning and small box/device hanging inside the bell? I'm not quite sure how to translate. It's connected with a cable, as far as i can remember, at least one. I think that thing, that's what makes the bell 'ring'. I think that it is comparable to a drum pad.

Ill do this one with pleasure ☺️ Edit: It's amazing i can hear it! My tablet has 2 boxes 1 on each side and I noticed as you said; on the right side. And there it is! Holding my ear next to the right side of my tablet I can hear Jonny' screaming guitar. It's so interesting because I am actually hearing it for the very first time! I thought the same about this one for hell of a long time! It's so funny that we found it out after so many years... And btw, that last note Jonny's hitting during that small riff doesn't even sound that great to me. I think that it might have been kind of a mistake but is decided to keep it in the song cause it fills in some gaps I suppose. OR it must have been a hell of a minor :worried:

I love that tack keyboard sound. I still wonder why it always has to be so overloaded by those playback strings. I honestly really dislike them, sadly. It makes it less interesting for me to listen to this song these days. In particularly when it is played live.

A Head Full Of Dreams Film: 9/10 Edit: why 9? Because I simply can't imagine a better version except for the rush during the performances that were in it, for example: Everglow (where's Jonny's solo!!?), AOAL, AHFOD. They were just too short, I guess.

I always liked Snow Patrol but never really was a fan of theirs. Now I am. Before their newest album Wildness was released I went listening to their older ones (I think it was during the beginning of this year) as I realized that they were also an amazing band but different from Coldplay. Each band is amazing in their own way. I am a massive fan of them ever since! Like I have always said: I prefer the live ones

Life And Death off Snow Patrol's new album: WILDNESS, it's the album closer and I think this is one of their best songs ever made (but I have to say that I wasn't that impressed at the first listens)....

I've been away too long from the forums honestly and many things happened. Life isn't always as easy as it seems. I'm having a tough time. Sometimes it's really, really tough, I can better say that I'm going through a (kind of) depression, which doesn't always make it easy to be a happy person. It sounds really weird but sometimes I just feel as if the world has stopped for me and that there's nothing left that can ever make me happy. Fortunately contact with some of my (kind of) friends/classmates cheers me up a bit and I have my relatives that are always supporting me at all time. And honestly, I have no idea which person I would have been without music: AKA... Coldplay :innocent: I am getting help so please don't worry too much about me. I just wanted to share in what state I am in. And of course I hope that everyone here on the forums is fine !

Hey everyone, can't believe it's been over 3 months since the last time I was here. I also wanted to share something. It's a throwback to 2009, tomorrow exactly 9 years ago Coldplay played Life In Technicolor ii for a soundcheck (which was too good to be just a soundcheck). So for those who want to see them playing their best song (at least it is for me) sometime again; I'll post the video here: Enjoy :)
