you usually buy milk i cartons in switzerland, its better than the bottles you normally get in the uk in my opinion.

i disagree. its much nicer to receive a postcard or a letter from someone than just an email in my opinion. its great if you get on as a family. if you dont, dont pretent you do. theres no point in sitting together and pretending everything's ok when it really isnt. i dont think its always better for a kid to grow up with a mother and a father either. its not something you plan apparently but if relationships go wrong you shouldnt stay together and you shouldnt do it for the sake of your kid either. many kids are suffering because they grow up with parents who constantly argue with each other.

i dont really think so. i think people do believe in it when they get married. its not as sacred as it used to be people are more likely to get divorced but thats probably because they can nowadays. i personally dont wanna get married either but i dont think most people get married just for the event.

i dont think i agree with you. it looks like pretty much the opposite is happening even though its kind of strange if you look at the number of people who are divorced in our country.

i talked about this with my mum today because her friend's son [who is twenty] plans to get married. she said that young people feel more like they wanna settle down now than when she was at my age. thinking about the people i know i think she does have a point. i dont think its the same everywhere but i cant imagine its gonna die out anytime soon in switzerland.

everybody changes there mind but right now i really dont think i ever wanna get married. some of my friends already think about getting married and settling down and i find the thought of it quite scary. i mean most of them are in their early twenties. i dont think its necessarily happens when you fall in love. well it hasnt happened to me.

i agree with you julia. i'm not very traditional it depends on whether i like sth or not. as for cds they're just too expensive in my opinion so i usually download music. i still by book because i dont really like reading long texts in the internet. i dont really buy microwave dinners and those things, i'm not a health freak but i dont like them. and they're expensive and i quite like cooking so i really dont need them. so yeah it depends.
