I wonder why they didn't market it like other albums. In certain ways it can be compared to 'Ghost Stories', also an album which they didn't tour and of which they knew it would soon be followed by another album. But 'Ghost Stories' was heavily promoted in the lead-up to ist release and so immediately became number 1 in about 70 countries. Were they really not interested in the success of EL? Btw, I don't think band music is not what people are looking for anymore. I think the success of solo singers at the moment is because there aren't many great bands around (with the exception of Coldplay, of course).

No, I think it isn't a return to Oldplay. The main difference is that there are many completely new styles and musical directions. And I don't want them to return, I want them to move on. And that's what they are doing.

Obviously the last Palladium show didn't go very well. The tickets for the show had all been sold out before it was announced that Coldplay would perform there. So they were not among fans. Very disappointed, Chris was seen outside afterwards ranting and shouting at fans who wanted an autograph. He can't accept the fact that the group isn't as popular as they were before their 'hibernation'. It's such a shame that the tour for their 8th album ends like this.

And that is what Chris is singing (as far as I understood it) So that would mean, I think, that some people who are different from others phone in to ask for advice, and the advice the 'skeletons' are giving to the living people is that you just should be yourself

Don't worry. I also have songs, not only Coldplay songs, which I first liked and then disliked and then liked again. It just happens. Just stop listening to those songs for a while. I think whether you like a Coldplay song often depends on the mood you are in. And if you permanently lose Interest in a song, well, stick to the songs you adore.

With me it's the opposite. I love Flags and Champion of the World more and more.
