  1. I got the U2 iPod, but didn't get the Complete U2 package, since I already had all their albums by the time I got the player. I ended up buying most of the unreleased stuff, and downloading a lot of the others off of Interference anyways. I have a fair amount, yeah. I basically upload anything that I don't have whenever I find it, so I have a slightly disturbing amount of U2 bootlegs on my ipod.... :stunned:  I don't have that many DVDs, I have 2 ZooTV ones, I have their Rock 'N Roll Hall Of Fame Induction, the Under The Brooklyn Bridge performance and the Santiago Popmart show. I neeeeed more ZooTV, and I don't even have Under A Blood Red Sky. I've only seen about half of it.... I'm such a bad fan, I know. My next trip to NYC in June will be spent buying more bootleg DVDs... LMFAO!
  2. :laugh4: Have you ever considered a professional career as a comedian?
  3. Every single time I see that picture I can't help but think, "Oh boy, Heath must love this!" :uhoh:
  4. Wow. He is so hot......
  5. :nice: I'm very happy. Definately pleased with the deal I got, it's good enough. And it wasn't from an ebay "powerseller", just someone who couldn't go and wanted to make money. Now I don't have to stress about looking on ebay all the time for the next month and five days trying to get tickets!!!!
  6. Hasta La Vista is AMAZING, one of my favorite boots of all time.
  7. I'm watching the 'Strangers' DVD, the live part, and FLIPPING OUT. AAAAAAAAAAAAH. I already saw them open for U2 once, so I know how awesome they are live. This is going to be great. :D
  8. Thanks! I'm SO excited! Wow! I had to give in to scalpers, but I actually got the cheapest price I can expect to find, 60 bucks per ticket. Over a 100% increase, but my dad said that since I survived my Junior year of high school, he didn't mind paying that.
  9. Oh fuck. I JUST BOUGHT 2 KEANE TICKETS FOR JUNE 24TH !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  10. My brother's reading the Bad Twin right now, and I'm going to read it after him. I have no idea what it's about, but my brother's always saying stuff about how much it helps him understand the show more.

  13. Have you ever mourned for the lives lost? You say it's sad that we're losing men, but have you ever MOURNED for the soldiers being lost? I have trouble understanding this, or comprehending the way certain people think when it comes to validation for war, terrorism or violence. I often hear people completely detatched from a situation speaking of how "sad, but necessary" the death is. They don't know the names of the dead, they really don't feel any sadness. Indeed, it's complete indifference. I don't know if this is a technique to block out the reality of it, but that certainly was not something that happened during the Vietnam war. The war was in the living rooms of Americans every night. Dead babies, dead mothers, dead soldiers, dead enemies. They all merged into one in black and white. People mourned the losses of lives, and as the count got higher people snapped. That isn't happening now, why should it be different though? There are dead women, children, enemies and soldiers. I'm starting to snap. I don't need it in my living room each night to know. I can go online and find it on my desktop. I mourn the lives of the people lost, and I search to find out the names and circumstances that people die under each day so I can know who died, why and what they did in life. No one seems interested in that. It is so sad that our society has detatched itself from war like this. It's not sad. It's tragic. It's disgusting. Is it all necessary? Was it necessary in Vietnam? No. I don't think so. It might not be 50,000. But who CARES? Each life is precious, and the validity of a war should not be determined by how high the count gets.
  14. lmfao, that's actually a compliment! Not sad at all heh
  15. Excellent job!!!! :D Great idea, and great work!
  16. I thought of it. But I'm going to use this: "I've seen the best minds of my generation, destroyed by madness..."-Allen Ginsberg LMFAO It was between that and "I'm gonna buy a gun and start a war, if you can tell me something worth fighting for." Hm.
  17. I know, right? :P People who think like this scare me. They reaaaaaaaally scare me. Violence is never the answer.

Where the hell are the mods on this board? This thread, and others like it, need to be closed. I know I'm not the only one who has noticed the sudden surge in members who make hateful, imflamatory (often to certain high posting members) and USELESS threads. These accounts need to be suspended, this is harrassment and fits all requirements for "spam". Again, I say: WHERE ARE THE MODS ON THIS BOARD?!
  22. I don't get it either.
