  1. Looks like they are the cheap version of FLIFIL lyrics... Let´s hope the melody and Jonny´s parts are great.
  2. Ok, if it´s confirmed I will say that it sounds beautiful, with Jonny stepping in (looks like only in the end, but that´s fine), Chris remembering the falsetto once again... Yeah, sounds promising. Let´s wait to hear the full song.
  3. Apart from receiving insults once again... Where does that version comes from? That is made by fans from the live version?
  4. I just read this, from a post three years ago, when nobody knew about "My universe" but there were rumors going round about the collab. I´ll leave it there😂
  5. It was said months ago that it was a very guitar song, but neither the leaked parts nor the description above matches that. Or maybe I don´t have the leaked snippets you´re talking about...
  6. I think the first thing you should do is listening to other artists. Compare Bono´s lyrics on U2´s worst album with most of Coldplay´s songs since 2020 and it´s absolutely devastasting. But even more, look into Coldplay´s discography. "The Scientist" has a lovely chorus, nothing spectacular but emotional and touchy, in lyrics terms, but the verses are miles away from any song you can think of on the last four years. And I could go on like this for lots of songs. Chris have talked about lyrics a lot in the early years, saying he wanted to improve and write better lyrics. That´s when he wanted to be the new Bono, and that´s a good example to follow. But now it´s obvious that his approach to this matter is completely different.
  7. I wouldn't compare The Smile with Radiohead, and how much movement each one causes. Also, Radiohead delivered in 2008 their best album of the last 23 years, to say the least, and In Rainbows became hugely popular. But even then (and before, and after) Radiohead never tried to reach the massive level Coldplay was then looking for. And nowadays there's no point comparing both bands, I think.
  8. Thanks you so much, we just bought there two tickets!
  9. It´s true that if you separate the lyrics from the melody and music, lots of times the words sound effortless and too cheesy. But it´s also true what we´ve been saying about Martin´s lyrics... Yesterday I read a topic in Reddit saing that Chris is the Benjamin Button of song writing, and I found it very funny but also very real, it´s a pity.
  10. I hope you´re right, just because then there´s another unheard song for us.
  11. If they released WP yesterday, we won´t have another single for the next two months, I guess Mr Pray didn´t mean it had to be right now., obviously.
  12. I just sent you a message.
  13. Well, maybe you can say that about Keane, but not at all about Radiohead, Pablo Honey is overwhelmingly different from Ok Computer, In Rainbows and A Heart shaped pool, and all of them between each other. You´ve chosen a really bad example.
  14. What I dispise is another lalala more, there are a million ways to finish the song and I reallly like the vibe on We Pray, but the classic Coldplay piano used to go together with classic Martin lyrics and a great melody. This is just lalala.
  15. I know for a fact you´re not stupid, but... let´s leave each song where it was😂
  16. I just listened to it, it´s nice but I don´t like the ending at all...
  17. Well, as a Sigur Ros fan I think is very different to have a particular kind of cover than having that kind of song. The only time I can remember Coldplay getting close to SR´s world is Midnight, which I really love, and it´s not really the kind of atmosphere SR does (it was more like Bon Iver), but you know. Anyway, I see the kind of music Coldplay´s doing lately and there´s nothing more far away to Sigur Ros, so we´ll see.
  18. Ok, thanks for the explanation, sounds interesting.
  19. I guess if you sent it, you´ll appear there. Of course the only way to find out is spending money(and having faith, because you´re just told you´re there, you won´t recognize your voice😂)
  20. If they put together three songs into one, it could be expected to reduce each song´s lenght, to shape it into one track.
  21. Somebody said it in the Leaks subforum, it was not my idea.😂 But it makes sense, doesn´t it?
  22. Looks like the track we knew as Neon Forest, so calm and ambient in the beginning and then explodes towards rock, with so few lyrics (like a chorus saying something about "in your eyes" and "all the stars in the sky" it´s Moon Music, which makes sense as opener for the album.
  23. I can´t believe it, I just had a 10 or 15 seconds fragment of it, and now checking on that site I found the (I suppose) full tracks. It makes sense, as opener it has a ver ambient beginning, I can see it opening any album, and the line "the stars in the sky" refers more to Moon Music than to nothing related to a forest, we could say.
