I know, I know, but the process for X&Y doesn´t make any of the new songs worse or better. I understand what you mean about VLV, but songs with strings are very common, and again, having that element doesn´t make it good or bad.

With all due respect, don´t argue about our tastes, preferences and opinions saying that they made a big effort, put all their heart, blablabla... We´re just talking about what music makes as feel, and I´m sure Bad Bunny or Doja Cat put everything about themselves on their records, but that doesn´t mean a thing, and even less means anybody should like it. You´re confusing lack of respect to the band (which I´m not guilty of, because I respect them as artists and they have given me most of the best times of my life since 25 years ago) with not liking their latest work.
