This has got to be a problem with the internal memory (RAM) of your laptop. If it's still under warranty then take it to the technician tomorrow - it shall be repaired soon, as it's a common issue with computers. No promise, though, but it should turn out to be not so bad ;)

can you tell me how often it beeps and the manufacturer of your laptop?

Like I said the other day: download the program Ad-Aware, scan your PC with it and delete all spyware it found. Optionally switch to Firefox after that - it spares you a lot of annyoing stuff like this.

Both applications are entirely ad-free, I can assure you. Actually they're there to protect you from such bad websites and to get rid of 'em. But it's your cup o' tea, if you don't want to ;) Oh and by the way: If you're still using the Internet Explorer, you better switch to Firfefox, it keeps the trouble away ;)

Try Ad-Aware 2008 Free - that shall remove your problem hopefully. If not you can also try and scan your PC with a Tool called HijackThis. It scans your PC for any adware or spyware and stuff. You can post the log here, maybe we can find something.

News about another european/german tour in 2009: Translation: Hope this is true and maybe means more concerts in Germany/Europe :) Let's corss our fingers!

Coldplay recently re-appeared on the website of germany's biggest ticket-vendor Eventim [www.eventim.de] in the "ticket-alert"-list. You can register there to recieve a message as soon as new tourdates in germany are announced. USUALLY only bands that are about to start a tour are listed there so there might be a slight chance that they're gonna be in Germany (and the rest of europe?) next year. BUT - don't get your hopes high - that may be a mistake by the eventim-guys who might have thought that with the new EP there's gonna be a new tour. This is just speculation, but maybe Eventim knows more than we know - however, as I said: don't get any high hopes, this may turn out as a mistake in the end. ;)
