Will there be 2020 versions of We Pray?

If I was advising the band I'd tell them to release the musical soundtrack as LP11, and make the full musical production a post-album project like Alphabetica. The American Idiot musical didn't happen until 5 years after the album came out for instance.

Apparently another version featuring Marife Yau is in the works

Another new one https://old.reddit.com/r/Coldplay/comments/1k22ppg/coldplay_soundchecking_another_new_song_in_seoul/

or it could get Shine On'd

The Higher Power era came to an end once My Universe was released. They're continuing to release We Pray versions 6 months after Moon Music came out.

You're missing the big story here A NEW VERSION OF WE PRAY IS OUT ON APRIL 18! 😀

I love this version of Jupiter. The album version is still the best one but this one pulls off the pop quite well. Reminds me of MOTM

That site's a mess, I have no idea what's downloadable and what's not I snagged Jupiter at least

FOP’s entire session files leaked, has this happened with any other songs?

I think they did the last two videos so they could say "hey, those are b-sides not singles so they don't count!" That said if All My Love is truly the final Coldplay single ever, I'll eat a pinecone

Alphabetica will be We Pray featuring an artist starting with every letter of the alphabet

Guys if you're gonna spam up with forums with infighting again, at least show us the decency of leaking a whole bunch of new stuff whilst you're at it

I think the Moon Music era is done. It'll be new stuff from here on out. Maybe we'll hear them on Alphabetica?

Where you getting this from?

You can hear that Infinity Sign definitely evolved out of Life is Beautiful, a lot of the stems from the LIB demo are exactly the same. Interesting that the LIB demo is obviously unfinished, it doesn't have Johnny or Will on it. You guys would know better than me whether there's a more fleshed out version in a vault somewhere, or if they only got so far before scrapping it.

So bloody happy for those Infinity Sign stems.

Does Skylar have an account here?

Translation: Guy knows as much as we do

The zip file is garbage filled with spam. Cartoon Hearts is someone placing Chris's voice over a MIDI file. Unless I'm missing something, nothing new has leaked for a while.

What do we make of this one lads?

It was inspired a lot by Coldplay songs like Coloratura and Rainbow, there's a song that kind of like Arabesque, that sort of thing. Brian Eno, Mew, Arcade Fire, Sigur Ros, a dash of Swans, you could probably describe it better than I could. It took me a year to make. It was inspired by the loss of my first child and the birth of my second one. Very emotional but hopefully not too much. It would mean a lot if you could give it a listen and let me know what you think. https://untitled.stream/library/project/Bzu0XAymJ0llgA1wPzcDA?fbclid=IwY2xjawHA1ItleHRuA2FlbQIxMAABHbShVmy49gn5CYFDUObxWTag1eJANJu6nZs4wE7EJd3OQWgZi8nzSl4Weg_aem_XzkwX-tdUTmalwNRhs_h4g If you wanna support me on bandcamp it's cameramenband.bandcamp.com (the album is officially released early January)

Thoughts on the new All My Love video? It's like Johnny Cash's Hurt, but the happy uplifting version which is somehow possible.

My guess is Elodie

The Yellow intro was said to be a part of Neon Forest by Phil on Twitter, and it was listed as Neon Forest in the credits to the River Plate concert film. How it was supposed to fit with the rest of Neon Forest I have no idea, and the final album mix gave us no clues. I just took a wild guess. If you liked that mix you might like the one I did after the album was actually released. In it the Neon Forest chorus repeats (as it should) and I used the full length Angelsong (from the Full Moon edition). I removed the spoken word bit and the Karate Kid intro sample, but that's just personal preference. This version goes for 7:51, but my dream is to one day have enough pieces released/leaked to edit together a Coloratura length Rainbow. Coldplay - Rainbow (extended mix).mp3
