  1. ilayout (i do not know your name) Okay....keep in touch with me via pms and let me know how the ticket deal is going... I am not all set with the details of my trip. But it would be awesome to know that someone has the ticket hook-up since: one: I am not familiar or close to the venue (being here in Texas) two: you are. so we will see and thank you very much for that info/invite.... nice to meet you Crystal :) it seems we share a name and a goal... TICKETS!!!!! :D
  2. i am not liking it so much (new single) but I have not heard ...(no one has) the whole album ..maybe it waas a joke song?! bonita: you are welcome
  3. i don't get very many pms anymore ... I think you know a good friend from a bad friend in a pm sendind situation. the true friends' name shows up steady in you pm box
  4. i like to believe that i believe in true love. but i will be honest and say that I am not sure. I know many many people believe that they have experienced it...but if so? if they are not really with that person anymore...was it true love?! i wish wish wish i could be sure about it, but I am not and I think that whoever mentioned the thing about not being perfect ( i dont care to check the last page :dozey: ) made a good point. when you are in an awesome relationship, and you have lasted beyond the limits... then true love exists when you surpass all imperfections of your loved one... I think it is a total acceptance of your significant other and all that they are
  5. :cheesy: creeeepy anyway... i was thinking (now that my bro got a job with Continental airlines) that I would fly to either of the Cali dates....but now that I think it will be too hard to get the tickets..maybe I can't  I was thinking I would stay with relatives in Bakersfield, California...and travel the distance to the venue areas..but first..i would have to gets the tickets
  6. porque es la verdad... puro y simplemente puesto... ¿no es cierto?!
  7. Do you believe in true love? I mean ...no in a superficial way ...like "yeah, dawg, Crystal...don't worry ...true love does exist....you know how it is" I mean...dig deep and find out if you belive in it... I suppose music inspired this thread, so it should be there, but then again. the best reponses can be found here. there are many songs that evoke the subject of love...and while some are painfully lovely, they are proof that love exists...even in seemingly twisted minds example: Radiohead  True Love Waits I'll drown my beliefs To have you be in peace I'll dress like your niece To wash your swollen feet Just don't leave Don't leave I'm not living I'm just killing time Your tiny hands Your crazy kitten smile Just don't leave Don't leave And true love waits In haunted attics And true love lives On lollipops and crisps Just don't leave Don't leave Just don't leave Don't leave aaaaannnnnnnnnnnd The Arcade Fire Neighborhood #1 (Tunnels) And if the snow buries my, my neighborhood. And if my parents are crying then I'll dig a tunnel from my window to yours, yeah a tunnel from my window to yours. You climb out the chimney and meet me in the middle, the middle of the town. And since there's no one else around, we let our hair grow long and forget all we used to know, then our skin gets thicker from living out in the snow. You change all the lead sleepin' in my head, as the day grows dim I hear you sing a golden hymn. Then we tried to name our babies, but we forgot all the names that, the names we used to know. But sometimes, we remember our bedrooms, and our parent's bedrooms, and the bedrooms of our friends. Then we think of our parents, well what the hell ever happened to them?! You change all the lead sleepin' in my head to gold, as the day grows dim, I hear you sing a golden hymn, the song I've been trying to sing. Purify the colors, purify my mind. Purify the colors, purify my mind, and spread the ashes of the colors in this heart of mine. and here is a sweet video that I found which inspired this creepy, but wonderful in the end thread.... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V09-TMr6v14&search=The%20Arcade%20Fire

  13. i live around houston, texas.... and no venues have been announced when they came last time (HTTT tour), it was at the The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion the seats always always sell fast...and more so, because this are is filled with young ones whose parents work for companies affiliated with the venue/owners..so their parents have a certain amount of seats reserved for their personal use! anyway, the pavilion is a pretty nice and hefty size venue....for my area. here is a seating chart, but there was no info as to how big this place is. unless its a really really really huge artist event its hard to not find tickets...but they have tons of lawn space http://pavilion.woodlandscenter.org/seating.htm

  16. the simplest, most unplanned events are always the best. Like when you are driving around, listening to some good jams (prefereably MOdest Mouse when you drive around downtown :) ) .... and you can't think of a single thing to do...that is when the good times start (for me) because we pick the most random and possibly illegal things to do. and most of my pals are climbers like me....so we get our routes on and have a good time *grins*
