The problem with Viva La Vida is that Coldplay have raised the bar even higher yet again - how on earth can this song be topped :P And the Kaiser Chiefs clothes thing - I think this was just for the photoshoot.

I must admit that I kept waiting for a proper drum pattern from Will to emerge, and to hear some guitar solo or some funky bass line, but the song still works amazingly well. They know what they're doing, and it will have had each member's stamp of approval and their own input. If they're happy then that's what matters :)

I only got it the other week and it's taking me a while to get used to as well - good to know I'm not the only one. I'm sure Chris didn't think it was actually shit, he tends to say a lot of things are shit when they're not :P EDIT: Brainwave - it was a Bank Holiday on Monday wasnt it, which probably explains why it's taken a bit longer for some regions to get their delivery of it.
