I was just going by what the girl 'Sanderside' said (I think it was her ID name). She said they were engaged when she wrote about meeting Jonny. She was the one who went to the Toronto concert with Chloe (girlfriend/fiance - whichever!). She had some kind of family connection to them. There was a photo of her backstage with Jonny and she said she had met Violet earlier before the concert. I assumed she would know if she was hanging out with them. But no, I don't have anymore proof than that - I just assumed :)

Interesting (I can't quite believe I have just seen Jonny's bedroom!! :P) but wow - is it just me or does it feel a bit wrong that newspapers publish actual addresses for celebs... It must be a bit creepy for him and also for his fiance too. It would make me feel a bit unsafe. That level of info isn't really necessary - just putting the area would have been enough for the purpose of the article. I hope they are in a secure block... :confused:

The mixing or recording of that was really bad. Hopefully it's just bad recording quality. I guess it probably the AMA producers not their usual people doing the sound. The instruments were hardly there at all.

Oh yes please! I'm sick of them too. This is basically taking exactly what Chris joked about being too old and fat, then adding on some quotes from unverified sources suggesting a solo career. Chris didn't mention ANYTHING about going solo. Far from it - surely he'd be too old and fat for that too! :P It's just 'clever' reporting - take something that is reliable and true (Chris' joke) and then add to it to make a more interesting story in a way that makes the reader believe that it is all from official sources. Let's just have one thread for these type of rumours, if we have to have one at all! :confused:

Well surprise, surprise. Just goes to show how totally ridiculous all the constant gossip about their relationship actually is. One minute they are avoiding each other and about to divorce, next they are cosying up in a booth together... Next time these rumours come around I'll just remember this! :snore: Is it just me or is a steakhouse an odd place for Gwyneth to go for dinner?! :P

Remember though, she allegedly said that to Madonna. She was never actually quoted saying that. She was only quoted saying she would support her friend whatever. Newspapers can literally make things like that up if they don't actually say she said it as a quote. They can write things in a very clever way suggesting it is a quote, when it's just something they added in for effect and to embellish the story. Chances are it was more along the lines of trying to work things out for the sake of the kids, not stay miserable forever for the kids. I think we need to remember the aim of the media before we jump to any conclusions. They want the juiciest story, not the boring truth.

From what I've read it's just based on here-say. How people at the party 'thought' she looked on a night out in Miami. These people probably don't know her and didn't speak to her. It's just lame gossip. So what if Gwyneth went to a party rather than to another of Chris' concerts. She's been to a few of the shows already. Maybe she fancied a night out with her friends instead of seeing the same show again. If Chris was working then why shouldn't she go out. It seems like a married woman isn't allowed to go out on her own without being accused of cheating or about to divorce! The media have been dying for Chris and Gwyneth to break up for years and they've always ended up being untrue.

I think lots of the ladies on this board would like Jonny to be having 'problems' with his relationship i.e. not be in one!!!! :laugh3::laugh3:

It always makes me laugh when magazines and newspapers speculate on a celeb couple's relationship based on one photo from a red carpet. They always choose the one that makes the couple look like they hate each other so they can go 'shock horror! so and so is heading for divorce, just look at how she's turning away from him!!!' :laugh3: For all we know in that premiere picture Joanna might be pinching Guy's bottom :P and it looks like Jonny is holding hands with his girlfriend behind his back. They all look uncomfortable to be there so maybe it's just a red carpet thing. I think it's the first time the girlfriends were photographed by the media so maybe they were self conscious. Anyway, Guy got divorced and Jonny's engaged with a baby so I guess you can't tell too much from a photo! ;)

Well it could be true - who knows what will happen in a year or two. But this is also something that happens every so often - Chris jokes about being too old/too fat to be a rock star and something about retirement and it turns into something set into stone. I think we always need to remember that journalists are trying to get the most media attention from their stories and interviews. And it's worked - we're all talking about it! Anyway, If it's a year away then there is no point worrying about it now :-)

So true! How long is it since the NME actually wrote good, serious music reviews. It's pretty much a music gossip magazine now. You go online and it's all tabloid gossip columns and weekly celeb spotting. I don't buy it anymore. I don't need to know if Any Winehouse and Lily Allen got wasted again or if so-and-so blogged about so-and-so... if I wanted to know that I'd buy the Daily Mail! This 'journalist' just sounds like he's trying to be too 'cool'. He should just stick to reviewing the music and save his opinions about the industry for another section, not music reviews. And i agree about the swearing - just makes it all sound a bit pathetic. Very unprofessional.

I think Jonny stopped quite a while ago. I remember something from an interview he did a few years ago where he said he had just quit. Guy recently said in an interview that he tried to quit but he liked it too much! Don't know about Will and I am assuming Chris doesn't because of his voice, but I have no idea about those two.

Isn't Apple about 4 1/2 years old now? If so, she probably goes to school. Most kids in the UK go to school around that age. If so, she's probably not able to go on away so much. Must be hard on Chris is is family have to stay at home :\

Aww, I just read Maria's review of the BBC gig and she said that Jonny's girlfriend brought Violet to the BBC centre to visit her daddy. How cute is that! Apparently she has blond hair and big blue/green eyes... Sooooooo cute! :heart: God, the thought of him as a daddy is just too dreamy! :nice:

Aww, he must have been really flattered to see your sign! I guess Chris or Guy gets most of that kind of thing, so Jonny was probably really chuffed that he got one too! I really don't think he would. He and Chloe have been together for years. Apparently he used to date lots of ladies but gave them up to be with her. And now they have a little baby. They come on tour with him so he must not want to be away from them. If he wanted to cheat he'd leave them at home. He seems happier than ever at the moment so I think we'll have to face facts, ladies, he's a happily taken man. Plus I think it must be weird to sleep/date a fan...:confused: I think any girl who tries to hit on him knowing he's in a relationship and has a baby would be pretty low. I certainly wouldnt want to be a homewreaker - however lovely Jonny is. Not that I think he'd go for it. He'd probably laugh!
