  1. Why is this even being debated? Q magazine states that "Death and all His Friends" features the line "come over, just be patient, and don't worry". And now Debs, ABC, and even Locust all agree that the song is DAAHF. And just about every description of DAAHF talks about a dreamy piano opening leading into loud chords and spangling guitar. That perfectly fits what we've heard. Plus, it just sounds like a closer. :p
  2. I think Chinese Sleep Chant is considered the other "hidden" track.
  3. Will this one also be decided by registered votes? If so, it's Life is for Living (11) just behind Yellow (9) for least favorite.
  4. Really tough choice... Honestly? Yellow. :\
  5. The Q article said "Death and all His Friends" features the line "just be patient and don't worry". That settles it. The song we've heard is NOT Lovers in Japan.
  6. I feel sorry for those late to the party. It's the best article on the new album thus far. I'd like to buy it myself, but I don't know anything about its US availability.
  7. I definitely hear an electric-guitar twanging during the chorus of the song. As for how it will be performed live, I'm just as lost as you. Perhaps they'll do something with an orchestra a la the Grammy performance of Politik.
  8. The scans have been removed, but the article mentions that the song "Death and all His Friends" includes "just be patient and don't worry."
  9. They've been curiously removed...
  10. Cool. Interesting that Chris says part of "42" developed from hypnosis, but in an interview with Guy, he said the results of those sessions weren't being used but may one day "see the light of day" or something like that. Also, I feel cool for mentioning the Kubrick movie on day one of the album title announcement. :p
  11. This is a fantastic tool. Thanks guys! I suppose this could be added: http://www.coldplaying.com/forum/showthread.php?t=45680
  12. Finally. That actually feels like a REVIEW. And I guess that confirms that the Grey's Anatomy song is Death and All His Friends. :p
  13. I thought this article did a brilliant job of linking music with life's daily influences. Very nice. One of the best articles on the band (or Chris Martin, really) I've read. Thanks for the scans.
  14. Parachutes. Then it gets tough.
  15. Looking at the Q magazine previews, the description of Death and All His Friends does more closely fit the song. Grey's Anatomy just cut out the "exalting male choir", apparently.

Ha. The thought crossed my mind.
  17. Real positivity has finally surfaced! Also, has Chris Martin ever given an uninteresting interview? I think not.
  18. We got our wish (sort of)! :p
  19. I think it's 8 1215. I'm from America, so that number makes no sense to me, but it's the one listed on the website. I agree. It definitely sounds like a song that would be given the old "I loved this song when I was your age" introduction from my father. :p
  20. I'm quite saddened to see that We Never Change will likely go within the next two rounds... I voted Parachutes again.
  21. Based on the titles of his videos, I'm going to guess that it's all the same stuff we've heard. There aren't any completely new songs there.
  22. In the reviewer's opinion, those are the songs most worth hearing.
  23. I agree. It seems like she's saying, "No, [you're right,] it's not [Death and All His Friends]!" :p
  24. 19 A Rush of Blood to the Head 19 Clocks 21 Politik (+) 19 The Scientist 20 Amsterdam 11 In My Place (-)
