Well, I just watched this BBC documentation (60 min.) about English hooligans during World Cup in Germany and what can I say... It's absolutely disgusting and awful! I didn't know about all these scuffles suborned by hooligans, only about that one in Dortmund. Luckily I've never seen any of these shameful pictures when I was in Berlin twice. Ahhh, nice! I really like it when someone tries to speak German, although it's such a difficult language compared to English. :nice: Sarah, I know what you mean. My English was very good at school, but now I can't speak it very fluidly. I'm currently not content with my language skills. I guess and hope this will never happen. ;) Sometimes I wish we would have a "language police" like France. These English slogans in the media are getting on my nerves. I can't understand why eg. Pro7 (tv-channel) is still using "We love to entertain you" instead of "Wir lieben es Sie zu unterhalten". :angry: Well, ok this sounds stupid. :D

First I didn't like the second album as well, but it was growing up on me, so I really like it today. :nice: I often made similar experiences with other records.

Yesterday my friends and I decided to go to Berlin in March! :nice: We want to spend a weekend there and we'll have the possibility to stay overnight in my friend's flat, who recently moved to East Berlin. Should be fun! I really hope it's becoming true, so I only have to book tickets for the ICE train. My dad will take part at next year's Berlin marathon as well instead of the one in Bremen, so I might also be back in Berlin next September. I love this place! Everytime I visit this city, it always looks totally different. Yeah, "spiritual" is the right word to describe it! :nice:

Hui, sag mal was war das gestern bitteschön für ein geiles Fußballspiel?! Hab's mit Kumpels in nem Pub geguckt und es war eines der besten Spiele die ich je gesehen habe. Bochum-Frankfurt... 0:1 nach 44 Sek., 0:2 nach 5 Min., dann gibt es ne rote Karte gegen Frankfurt, plötzlich steht es 4:2 für Bochum, Frankfurt kann am Ende nur noch den Anschlusstreffer erzielen. So muss Fußball sein! :nice: Naja hier interessiert sich glaube ich sowieso keiner für Fußball, aber egal, musste mal raus! :D

I think Berlin's subway system is one of the best ones in Europe. I don't like the railway system in Hamburg. They only have 3-4 lines and that's it, but CCTV is great. I think Berlin has more than 10 different tube lines + "S-Bahn" + tram (in East Berlin). Love it! You never wait more than 10 minutes to get a train and you are able to reach every corner of this city. :nice: It's also not as complicated as the tube in London. When I was there for my first time I was totally confused. :D Hm, maybe we want to watch "Wo ist Fred?". ;)

Ich hab nen Scanner aber der ist im Moment auf Dias umgestellt, weil mein Dad die ganzen alten Dia-Bilder digitalisiert. Wenn ich da was umstelle erschlägt er mich. :D Ich glaube er brauchte damals bestimmt nen ganzen Tag, bis er alles richtig eingestellt hat. Sorry! :( Naja hab mit meiner billigen Handy-Kamera mal nen Bild vom Cover gemacht, damit du es besser im Zeitungsladen findest.
