Yesterday, I got a recommendation on last.fm... The band is called "Willowtree" and is coming from... right, you guessed it... Sweden! :lol::nice: After listening to a few songs of them I was very impressed and I thought I should recommend them here as well. Hm, yes I mean "to lather". Do you use this word when you're in a shower and use the soap? We use the German word of it for the same thing and also when you put snow in someone's collar. :D Oh Mark, I didn't know it. :( So you often spent some time in France Kara. Can you speak French actually? :)

One day we had an exchange student in our school who came from Perth, Australia and he cried when he saw snow for the first time in his life. :cry: Mark, does Great Britain have a big problem with immigrants? Haha Kara, I know what you mean. We call it "to lather" lol. It's really nasty. Do you often have snow in Great Britain in winter? I've never been in the French Alps. :(

Hm, you're right! I'm so proud that my country didn't invade in Iraq. But the economy in your country is great. You don't have problems like a high unemployment rate and stuff like that. Really? That's nasty... :P Where exactly are they going to ski? I did skiing and snowboarding but I prefer the first one. The new ski's are also smaller and better to use. I remember that we had a great snow ball fight at a bus station in Axams (Austria) against Dutch people. They were outnumbered and our teachers also helped us to beat the Dutchman. :D

Here, the next theme park is also difficult to reach by using a train, so driving with a car is nearly the only possibility. Last month a new ski-hall has opened in a town not far away from Bremen. My friends and I want to ski there in winter, so we don't have to drive to the Harz or the Alps. :) It's cheaper! The last time I was skiing was in 2004 when I did a journey to Austria, together with my skiing-course at school and I would really like to do it again as soon as possible. Oh, I forgot the congestion charge... :( Is there a good train line from High Wycombe to Central London? Haha, I have heard that the M25 is the way to hell. :P Two years ago we stood nearly 2 hours on it because of a traffic-jam. Hope you'll not forget a digi-cam next Tuesday.

Hm I once heard in the news that Blair will quit next year but I'm not quite sure. Oh why not this Sunday? :( Hm, when I would live near London I would take a trip to Oxford Street, Covent Garden and stuff like that. Or is it too expansive to drive to London? Haha, yes, I hate her so much! :lol: And yesterday I felt that I wasn't the only person. :P Traditionally people in North Germany don't vote for the party of Merkel, so I guess especially people in the Southern and Eastern parts of Germany have voted for her. She and her party did all things wrong that you can do. How should people spend more money for different things when you're raising the VAT from 16 to 19%?! Totally crazy! I already learnt at school in economics lessons that it's the completely wrong way. :rolleyes: When are the next elections in Great Britain? Next year, right? Hm, today I will watch Bundesliga on TV and afterwards I will go to the fair in Bremen. What about you? Are you going to the theme park?

I will never understand why there was so much of concentrate hate on Erikson in England. When I heard of the story with the wrong sheik (was it "The Sun"?!) I knew that your team wouldn't play well during World Cup. Your new coach is as bad as Erikson in my opinion. It was an embarrassing performance last Wednesday.

Die Säcke wollte ich aufm Hurricane Festival sehen aber die haben ja lieber ihren Auftritt wieder abgesagt! :P Hab gestern abend auch endlich "Deutschland - Ein Sommermärchen" geguckt. Oh man, der Film ist nur geil! :D Ich hätte niemals gedacht, dass Schweinsteiger so lustig ist. Die besten Sachen fand ich waren aber immer die Sprüche von Klinsmann und Löw... "Die drei Punkte lassen wir uns nicht nehmen... schon gar nicht von Polen!" "Da brennt der Baum!" "Högschte Disziplin" "Jetzt sind die fällig, ich schwör's euch!" Hach, ich könnte ewig weitermachen... :) Das allerbeste war, als man plötzlich die Bitch Merkel das erste mal sah... wirklich das ganze Kino hat gleichzeitig "Oh scheiße!" geschrien! :D

Yeah, "Star" has been used on an ebay ad, and I guess that's the reason why this song of "The Crash" was a big hit in Germany. :) It's excellent! Finland rocks!

Thanks, I really enjoyed the film. It was the best movie I've seen this year. :) Haha, so funny, the Cinemaxx was so full of people. Everyone wanted to watch this movie and my friends and I got the last four seats in the Lounge, directly in the middle. :lol: So much luck on a Friday, the 13th. :P

Yeah, fairground rides are really safe in Germany. Before visitors are allowed to use them, a control team has to check every carousel. I never had the feeling that I thought something's getting wrong. :) What are you doing on Tuesday in London Kara? I'm off now, sorry. Hehe, no I didn't go to a fair in Poland. Yesterday I arrived at work and suddenly my chef came in and asked me if I would like to go to Poland to see one of our foreign companies, which is situated in Zielona Góra. It's a small town near the German border, so I drove back home to pack my bag and afterwards 3 other work-mates and I drove to Poland. :D It was great there, although the roads are completely shit in Poland. I was so happy being back on the German Autobahn lol. Yeah I really like cocktails. At the weekend all cocktails in Oldenburg are cheaper than during the week and I especially like the big cocktails called "Jumbo Cocktails". "Sex on the beach" or "Pina Colada" are great. Yes, most of the things they sell at fairs is food, but there are also so many other things.... roller-coasters, carousels etc. :) www.freimarkt.de Also in English :) Oh Ophélie, that is one of the things I'm afraid of going to another country for more than only a few weeks. Do you have big problems by understanding the new language etc?

Oh that's sad Ophélie! But I'm sure that you'll have a meeting soon. :) You're living in the same city, although London is very big. Maybe we would have a chance to meet at the beginning of December. Oh Kara, what exactly have you done? Last week I got an insect in my eye while I was jogging and it hurt a lot. Luckily next day when I woke up it was all over. Tomorrow I will go to another fair called "Freimarkt" which starts today in Bremen for the next 3 weeks. :nice: It's so great... during autumn so many fairs are starting here in this region every year.

I often listen to a good radio station which is playing a lot of new songs, especially from Germany, Great Britain and of course Sweden. Also last.fm helps me a lot to find new music or bands. The radio plug-in is great.
