  1. Indeed, "probably the best praline on earth" is the slogan! Mark, Crazy Frog was not as bad as Spongebob! On the song there were so many little children who always screamed: "Spongebob Schwammkopf". The song was about 3 minutes... ;) Mark, when are you flying to London? This weekend?
  2. Not really but he was fat! They observed him while watching England-Ecuador and when Beckham scored his goal Rooney's uncle didn't say anything and suddenly he began to laugh! He was so crazy and funny.
  3. You don't know Duplo? :stunned:  Iris, we also had nice "neighbours" at the festival but a few of them were getting on my nerves! Every morning they were listening to a song of Spongebob! :veryangry: :laugh3:
  4. Oh, I'm sorry for your sister! Where does she work? Hehe, I just got a picture of Oliver Kahn in my Duplo... :dozey:  The weather will be fantastic at the weekend! I'm planning to drive to the North Sea. "I want to go to the seaside..." :nice: Hey Mark! I'm sorry but what is a "sickie"? Are you already looking forward to your family visit? :)
  5. I don't know... The camera team visited his flat in Bremen and he wore a red England shirt and you could see so many England flags in his living room. :D He spoke German and it was very good. So I think he already lives there a few years. ;)
  6. Grace, I'm so excited about Friday... unfortunately I have to work until 5pm so I'll miss the first 10 minutes... :\ Iris, yes and we had some bad "neighbours" who always drank a lot and their taste of music was so horrible! ^^ They wanted to spend another night there. :nice: I will get a black Video iPod at my birthday. ;) Can't wait...
  7. Hahahaha, was anyone else just watching ARD during half-time?! They had an interview with Rooney's uncle who is living in the German city of Bremen! God, he was sooo funny! :D He wants that Wayne should kick Lampard's and Gerrard's asses!
  8. July thank you I'm fine, what about you? :) Hey Grace! Good evening! Iris, yeah it was soo hot in the afternoon... I always felt that something will happen... God, it's so funny reading all the experiences of different people in the festival forum.
  9. Estoy bien, gracias. :) Hey July! Nice new signature! I just watched a little film of the heavy thunderstorm at the festival... I'm sooo happy that I sat in a comfortable car during that time. :nice:
  10. Hey Iris and Kara! :nice: I read you both are fine... that's nice to hear! ;)
  11. Nice nice... :nice: Wie teuer war die Gitarre denn, wenn ich fragen darf? :)
  12. U2 - Walk On
  13. Poor Switzerland! :( But they'll have the Euro 2008 in their own country and in Austria! :nice: I'm going to bed! Good night everyone! ;)
  14. :( Indeed! Both teams didn't deserve to reach the next round! We'll see you again in two years. :)
  15. Wow congratulations Ukraine! Poor Switzerland... :( It's always hard to lose during a penalty... :(
  16. Hehe I was so happy, sitting in the comfortable car and watching the lightnings! :nice: I did the right desicion! Oh the first penalty shot... :)
  17. Yes and I wrote back! Good night! ;) Steph, yeah it was a nightmare! :P I was watching some threads on the official Hurricane forum and the pictures are horrible. :D What did you do this weekend?
  18. For me it's easier to understand an American than a British... It's definatly the accent but I like the British one. :nice: Kara, that sounds horrible! The showers in Scheeßel were very good and the toilet as well. :) Did you wait for 2 hours? :P I just found a few more little pictures of the thunderstorm lol... http://www.nonstopnews.borgmeier-media.de/galerie.php?Pfad=3797
  19. No, maybe only we Germans can't laugh about it...
  20. Hehe on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday the weather was great at the festival! It was very hot and sunny. Camping was fine! We had a great place with nice "neighbours" and had a lot of fun. The showers were very good und warm so I took a shower every day. ;) But yesterday it was too hot in the afternoon (32 degrees) and you felt that something would happen, so my friends and I put our tents in the car and went to Wir sind Helden. During the concert the sky was totally black and you saw some lightnings coming up. When the concert ended we ran as fast as possible to our car. We just sat in it and drove to the street and then the thunderstorm began. It was unbelievable.!I haven't seen that in my life and I was so happy that my tent wasn't damage. Muse wasn't allow to perform anymore. It was a right desicion. Iris, thank you! I thought my Spanish isn't good actually. :) Mando Diao is a Swedish band and they are very successfull here in Germany. :)
  21. Hey Steph, I forgot to mention you, I'm sorry. ;) Kara, thank you the festival was great, except the heavy thunderstorm at the end... :dozey: My favourite performance was definately Mando Diao! God, I adore them! Behind Coldplay it's my favourite band at the moment. They also played three new songs of their new record coming out in a few months. The Strokes were unbelievable! Besides Mando Diao and the Hives, MTV showed The Strokes live and the frontman damaged a camera at the stage with his microphone. That was so funny. Maximo Park was very good, especially when the singer tried to speak in German, The kooks, Wir sind Helden and Tomte were also great. I was only disappointed about The Cardigans and the Arctic Monkeys. ;) How are you? What did you do last weekend? Flo it was great except the heavy thunderstorm... http://www.stern.de/unterhaltung/musik/:Scheeßel-Unwetter-Hurricane/564081.html Iris, aprendo español en un colegio. Por eso escribo un poco en español. :D
  22. I'm back! I was watching the boring football game... :dozey: Ophélie, you got mail! :P Hey Kara, hey Mark, hey Grace! ¡Hola Iris! ¿Qué tal? Soy Lars, tengo veinte años y vivo en una ciudad pequeña cerca de Bremen en el norte de Alemania. ;)
  23. In that case I agree with you. For me it was never a penalty... It's sad that this scene was the most important one in that match! I'm sorry for Australia but anyway congratulations to Italy.
  24. Hehe, no I haven't heard of it! Some only mentioned the Arche Noa! :D I was just sitting in my mate's car and we drove on the street as the thunderstorm began. Later on the motorway we had to stop because the flood on the street was already too high... Wow Ergf, nice line-up! :) Hope you'll have a better weather... :P
  25. It was in Scheeßel near Bremen! It was an amazing weekend! I'm so happy that I took my tent into the car at lunchtime and that I left the festival area just after Wir sind Helden! The thunderstorm was incredible! God, I was so lucky! Muse couldn't perform because of it. Some pics... http://www.stern.de/unterhaltung/musik/564102.html?backref=%2Funterhaltung%2Fmusik%2F%3ASchee%25DFel-Unwetter-Hurricane%2F564081.html&nv=fs&cp=1
