Haha Therese, it seems that there is a song about Anna everywhere... In Germany we had song called A-n-n-a where it's said: "Immer wenn es regnet, muss ich an dich denken" which means something like I must always think of you when it's raining. We had a girl called Anna in our class and everytime it was raining we annoyed her with that song. :D... Ok, not very funny at all but who cares! :lol: :lol: :lol:

In France you also can watch games on Canal +, Canal + Sport and Euro Sport. ;) Yeah it's a shame Nicko! :( Sky Italia (Pay-TV) has the right to show all 64 games, or? It's the same in Portugal... only 12 games are on SIC, all other games on SportTV (Pay-TV). ITV has the worst picture quality of all channels! :D

Yes, I also don't like the games on RTL, so today I watched all games on Premiere. The commentators of RTL aren't very good and as you said, they only spoke about Brazil and the fat Ronaldo instead of Brazil and Australia. IMO the best coverage has ZDF. Their studio at Potsdamer Platz in Berlin is amazing! Yesterday when Giovanni Trappatoni came into the Sony Center after the Italy match the mood was incredible. Pelé and Beckenbauer do a great job as well. And don't forget the "Torwandschießen". :smug:

Great article... the English supporters were really nice, but you can't really compare England-T&T with Germany-Poland. If England would have been played against Poland I'm sure there were more people arrested by the police. ;)

Hehe, I watched Italy-USA at my favourite ice-cream parlour. The game was very exciting and it was a "cards festival", that's for sure. :D My Italian friends were very disappointed after the match. :( But I'm sure they'll reach the next round. Rai Uno is great! :D It's so funny watching football on a foreign TV-channel. :P
