I went to the gig without being overly excited by the last album, but I know their live shows are something apart and they didn't disappoint. They confirmed why they are the greatest (to me) and it was a joyful atmosphere all around. After waiting in line since 10 am, waiting for the rain to stop, the sun came out. We heard the soundcheck and then time to run to enter the inner circle. I was by Edge's catwalk, all the people were trying to move to the center so we really had all the space we wanted and the situation remained the same during the gig, it's the first time in a concert I could breathe and run from one side to the other whenever they came around, jumping and singing like a mad woman. One of the highlights was singing out loud The Unforgettable Fire right in fron of Adam, who smiled at me and my friend :lol: But seriously the setlist was great, I especially loved Breathe, I Still Haven't Found plus Stand by me (which the whole stadium sang nearly overcoming Bono, the video is below), Party Girl for Bono's daugther, Eve, who turned 18 two days ago and was there on the stage, Unknown Caller with the coreography organised by the most important U2 Italian Fansite (U2Place) which the band absolutely loved, The Unforgettable Fire and Ultraviolet, Where the Streets Have no Name with the red lights, as it should be...and I could go on forever. Damn, I can't believe I came back after two days away from home to find this sad news. I've never met her in person but I had the chance to talk to her through the board and sometimes by e-mail as well back in the days. RIP Jen

I love love love love the new video :heart: Did I say I love it? :P anyway, I saw them live two days ago, last show of the first part of the EU summer leg, finally got to heart Losing Touch live, but they didn't play Rome & Juliet, the song everyone wanted them to play since we were in Verona. Well we've got our tickets for the second gig to be sent to a friend of our in London so there shouldn't be any problem about it, but for the first gig I need to trust FedEx, I'm leaving only the day before, I hope there won't be issues and I'll have them in my hands two days before the show, I mean WTF it was 13.50£ for using FedEx, I want them in a golden envelope as well for that price :angry:

Me and my friend had initially planned to go to the August 3 show in Mansfield, but we changed our road trip plans, so now we've got 2 lawn tickets to sell. We paid them 111$ total (LN fees included) but we're selling them for 100$. Already in hands as they are eletronic ones :wink: If anyone is interested please send me a PM :)
