What is it you study/going to study again? I think now I've finished uni, I actually want to learn more/am more interested in my subject. When I was there all I did was want to go out with friends :embarassed: and the teachers were pretty crap, which didn't particularly inspire me!

That tent looks like a marquee for a wedding or something! awesome. I did think it was going to be a bit more outside, with the stage undercover. In this cold weather though probably better there's a bit of shelter!

I hate it when a guy wears a disgusting smelling cologne/perfume and too much of it, although those days seem to be back at school to be honest, when they didn't know how annoying it was. A guy I knew recently used to smell incredible, I really wanted to find out what cologne he used out of interest :lol: It was great when I hugged him, hahahaha :uhoh: The two perfumes I use Hugo Deep Red (love this!!) and Diesel 'zero plus feminine' that I was given once as a present and loved ever since. Ran out of Hugo, I only buy it at the airport haha. Perfumes have really crap names don't they.

Um, I'm not really sure. I just saw the photo on a fashion blog site. Pretty sure it's designer though, boo hoo :\ Probably expensive, but very very beautiful :heart:

At uni it used to be around 3 or 4 am, when everyone else had gone to sleep in my house and I knew I could sleep with no noise/distractions. Now back at home, its more like 1-2am. No matter how hard I try to get an 'early night' I just cannot sleep before this time really :\ I think its a mental thing.

I think the sweater looks alright, as long as you wear a shirt underneath it. Coloured one, probably better. I really loved Paul Bank's style when I saw him at a gig on the 3rd. Sometimes I feel the opposite of your situation Julia! Now I have my degree, but can't seem to get a job using it, and when I go for jobs that are in shops/services, they think I am 'overqualified' (because of the degree), even though I want to do the job. They also have tons of people to choose from because so many people are out of work. I don't know if its still the case in Germany, or whether unemployment is worst in the UK. Its not good :/ I feel like I'm stuck in the middle sometimes! Too hard getting a job with my degree and no one will accept me anywhere else. How long left of your apprenticeship do you have? It's worth keeping with it I think, as you are getting paid and getting your experience. The people at uni are spending a lot on their fees (Im guessing?) and you could do well to save up some money for it perhaps? You still have time to do a degree, and maybe this time will give you longer to decide and think about what you really want to do. Sometimes I wish that I had gone to a different uni/ done a different course and I was thrown into the uni thing too young. bahhh! hope that you make the best decision for you :)

I would totally buy this dress, but have a bad suspicion that its a bit out of my price range. :disappointed:

I really like her different outfits. A lot of thought seems to go into them, and all the colours/details/crazy headgear/hair. sometimes its a bit too much, but I see where she's coming from. My friends obsessed with her, went to meet her at hmv etc..... so it makes me get a bit fed up with her, but yeah, she's still alright I think. The music.... she knows how to make something catchy, for sure. cherry cherry boom boom! gaaagaaaaaaa.

I get lots of things from that French catalogue La Redoute (maybe its not very popular in France?? I'm not sure :lol: ) I like this look. not entirely convinced about the gloves, but I like the overall look. I suppose you might need crazylong legs though :wink3:

I know this plight well. A year or two ago, I felt like the only one battling against it. *sigh* I don't even bother much anymore. but today, it's like a weights been lifted from the board. the weight being the constant spammy crap and unnecessary quotations used to underhandedly belittle people. :nice:

I'm really sorry for you losing your friend as well :( She certainly had friends everywhere and made an impact on many peoples lives! :) What I loved about her was her ability to make friends with anyone regardless of whether she knew them, or spark conversations with all around. She brought people together. It's still so hard to believe that she's not here now :( I miss her loads :cry: (btw, it was me and some of my friends who put some flowers by her billboard. some nasty unsympathetic security guard told us we had to remove them, but as you saw them there, perhaps they remained for a while? we also put a few notes on the board. We thought they'd be ripped off as soon as we left. we also had people pointing, thinking we'd put MJ flowers in the wrong place. agh! :dozey: ) anyway.... I really hope that billboard remains there for a long time, it is the perfect trubute to Jen. showing her in her complete element :nice:

This whole event has been hilariously taken out of control by the media!!!! What does his private life have to do with any of the media or us. It was ridiculous when I saw headlines on the news and this stupid story was ABOVE the news about sending more troops. wtf!! and that 'reconstruction' video was just creepy.
