Ugh..... from the looks of things (judging from my parents, my friends' parents, and friends I have that are already parents), the moment you have kids, your life is effectively over, at least for the next 15 years or more.

I can't put down the new Beta Band album.

My favorites so far: The Beta Band - Heroes to Zeroes Tortoise - It's All Around You Air - Talkie Walkie Zero 7 - When It Falls Looking forward to new Wilco, Mum (which I think is out already but I haven't got it yet), and rumored Boards of Canada albums. Also, I know a lot of people are going to be calling for my head for this one, but I'm nominating Franz Ferdinand for the most ridiculously over-hyped band of the year. :P

I used to hate emo and most of what you could call "nu-metal," but I'm not really bothered by that anymore, because they're so ridiculous that they do a better job of making themselves look ridiculous than any satirist could.

My roommate has this video of Nickelback playing at some festival or something where everyone really hated them, and the singer started acting like some ridiculous professional wrestler or something, and ended up walking off the stage in the middle of a song. :lol:

Yeah, think about that... they beat Martin Brodeur in five games, and they've made the two best goalies in the league who AREN'T Martin Brodeur look completely inept and be pulled from the game without even making it halfway through. :lol: WE'RE COMIN' FOR YA, LORD STANLEY!

I too choose Pulp Fiction.

My favorite band isn't in there. :P But out of those, Radiohead, Coldplay, and U2 are really the only ones that I like (never listened to Damien Rice though), so I'm choosing Radiohead.
