yeah, the idea was to show how tough life on the road as a rich, famous rock star is, all it did was make me want to sleep for 90 minutes. :lol:

i think the first cd i bought with my own money was hootie and the blowfish's "cracked rear view." i still have it, but i probably haven't listened to it since 1995. :lol: i remember when my parents first got a cd player. somebody gave it to them with a traveling wilbury's cd, and they thought it was completely useless because they already had everything they wanted on vinyl. i still remember them unwrapping it, and seeing the box and saying something like "is this a joke? i wonder what you put inside this box..." thinking that they were being fooled.

yeah, there's a clip of them working on a studio version of it in "meeting people is easy." that and the amazing performance of "big ideas" were about the only things worth seeing in that movie. :rolleyes:

i don't remember... i guess you could probably find out by watching the dvd, but i still haven't seen that. i just remember the first time i saw them, he used the tele for almost every song, but the other two times, he had obviously used his newfound wealth to upgrade his collection a bit and was switching practically every other song. :lol:

i don't think i was attracted to a thong sticking out of a 15 year old's pants even when i was 15... it just doesn't look right. :confused: then again girls didn't dress like that when i was 15, the teachers and their parents would lay the smack down on them :lol: (five years seems like such a long time in that regard)
