hahahah. Cass, i remember Black Mountain opening for Coldplay in Toronto. That was hilarious. I mean...they arent bad. And I found it refreshing to see them giving a Canadian Band a chance. But I wanted to see Richard Ashcroft. Sue me.

Wait, I'd like to add on another question... Is there a technical 'Coldplay FanClub'? I mean, I've looked for it, and am willing to pay and all that kind of stuff to join, but all I have found is the Coldplay fanclub/newsletter thing that basically sends you periodical updates about Coldplay to your email. Is there an Official Fan Club, which would help with presale tickets and all that?

So far, Viva La Vida has blown me away. Life in Technicolor literally makes me shiver. I would never bash you. Opinions are opinions and ESPECIALLY in music, they can sometimes contrast VERY starkly. I HATE rap music. see? pretty brutal eh? lol. I'll just never guys how someone who is a big enough fan of Coldplay to come to this site and post can say that their new music is 'shit'. I love it. and I LOVED X&Y. In fact, I think I liked X&Y more than Parachutes. AHH! BLASPHEMY, right? wrong. Because X&Y is SOOOO different from Viva La Vida. But I cant get enough of this new stuff. And I am THIRSTING for more. ......I just...I dont know...I quess I just dont get it. I can't see how you don't like this new stuff. But it's opinion. Im not going to be a fruitcake and say 'BYE!'.....stick around. I am more than completely sure that you'll see how Coldplay have become BETTER than they ever were. Then you wont have to make a dramatic re-enterance. ya know? Viva Coldplay.

Alright guys. Now that Coldplay have released their dates, at least for the North American tour, we, as the Coldplay Megafans, have to band together and help each other out. What is the BEST way to ensure that you get the BEST tickets possible. I know you can always go to ticketmaster and set an alert and always come back to try and buy presale tickets and all that, but basically what I am asking is, are there better sites/places to get tickets? I honestly don't care what I pay for these my tickets, I just want to be right at the front, you know? I understand if some of your 'ticket-getting strategies" are something you want to keep secret from people, but you know....you can tel US. We are the Coldplay nerds. We ALL should be at the front. If you have any information, it would be greatly appreciated. Viva Coldplay.

I also find it quite hilarious that you think this is the "end of Coldplay". You know what? I don't like Brian Eno. There. I said it. He doesn't have really any of the same qualities as Coldplay, sound-wise. That's my opinion, so I am predisposed to not like this album or any of the more 'Eno' songs. But I love this new stuff. I really, just....can't get enough of it. I love it. You know what that is? That's a testament to the fact that Coldplay are back in a big way. Because, thats EXACTLY what they always did to me. I would hear a song, and regardless of what I thought in the beginning, I listen over and over and over (and over) and fall in love. Coldplay, that FEELING that Coldplay still brings on with their music, is still VERY VERY much there, and I am a citing my own experience as proof (even though I know, again, that this is opinion). More proof? Listen to Chris sing Viva La Vida. It's like....he KNOWS...EXACTLY what he is doing. Viva Coldplay, guys.
