well....if I download a leak, which I might, haven't decided, I would still buy the album, no doubt. Getting the leak does not necessarily mean that you are going to cheat Coldplay. I wouldn't ever do that.

The dreaded has occurred. Yes everyone, today, I received an email from BestBuyRewardZone.ca regarding Coldplay presale tickets. Here's what it said: For your chance to get a pre-sale code sign in using your member ID and password and request a code beginning approximately at 8:00am PST on June 5th, 2008 and ending once all codes have been distributed or June 6th at 5pm PST. Pre-sale codes are limited and available first come, first served. Limit of one pre-sale code per customer. Your code will give you the opportunity to buy up to two pre-sale tickets to a Coldplay concert during the 2008 tour (excluding the July 27th concert in Pemberton BC). I'm with you. The thing is...uhm...it sounds amazing. like. really good. it just sounds that way. and chris's voice is below the freaking ground. I don't think I've ever HEARD a singer that low, outside of jazz and stuff, let alone CHRIS singing that low. Fun. So here is the thing. I can't freaking wait for this. someone. either shot me. or give me the album. there is no other choice.

I dunno. Sometimes the dress-up can be used in a good way. It makes it all more engaging, but yes, only if it doesn't become too theatrical. I loved their X&Y look. All black with white shoes. In fact, I basically emulate that everyday. :D

and coldplayer, TECHNICALLY, so do I. TECHNICALLY. But it comes OUT on June 11th. The internet will provide, my friend. The internet will provide. Of course, the problem for me is....do I download? I mean I will buy it HANDS DOWN, FOR SURE, NO QUESTIONS ASKED, even if I do download it....but......would it be better to wait and listen to it when the band intended? hm....

I gotta say, i pretty much agree with everyone here (I know...interesting, aren't I?). The thing is, I don't know, I, for some reason feel like something is going to happen soon. The fact that nothing happened on the 21st is VERY interesting to me. Because it was freaking DAVE who said it. Also, I'm with Semy. I currently have everything we've gotten access to, whether through iTunes, Coldplay.com, leakage, or Greys. I'm not listening to ANYthing else, unless it is a full quality, full LENGTH release from Coldplay. I MIGHT indulge if it's a leak, but only a complete, full quality one. The truth is, as Coldplay fans, don't we all want to buy Viva and open it together, and listen to it together, discovering things at the same time? I mean, we basically come here to do that anyways. I look forward to hearing this stuff all at once, with you guys, rather than us all clicking around frantically to hear a hint of a masterpiece in some TV show. Anyways. Viva Coldplay.

I dunno, ColdplayCold. Here is the thing. I just can't take you seriously when you say things like "I really disliked Lovers in Japan". I don't know. I can't. But here is me trying: Have you heard Life in Technicolor? That isn't slow. Neither is Viva La Vida. Neither is Violet Hill. Lost!, that is the band version, isn't slow either. The Acoustic is. They usually are. Every single one of those songs, the least being Lost?(the Acoustic), has a melody that really, to me, is heart and soul Coldplay stuff. Heart and soul and the whole rest of the body. But music is opinion, when it gets down to it. So to each his own, I guess. But Coldplay have lost no lust. Just listen to Chris sing Viva. Or the strings in Life in Technicolor. And try not to smile when you realize what that will be like live. Viva Coldplay.
