Was perusing Youtube last night and saw an Imagine Dragons video that said "Amsterdam." I watched it thinking, cool, Amsterdam cover! Nope! Please, other bands who are not Coldplay--do not name your song the same name as a brilliant Coldplay song!! It should be outlawed!

90 minutes may be the actual concert. The rest may probably be the behind the scenes stuff. 173 total minutes. I bummed no actual tour diary. Sometimes I watch the 2003 one all by itself.

I felt uplifted, but also sad because so many elephants are being slaughtered for their ivory and babies like this one are being orphaned. I hope everyone sees this video so they can know how very beautiful these animals are, they are very compassionate and family-oriented.

Saw a harrowing story on Yahoo about a baby elephant being rescued from a five foot hole and then running to its mother. They played Paradise over the running footage. Someone in charge has seen the Paradise video, for sure!

I listened to the whole thing on Sunday night. And since this is the Chris and Jonny thread, I was hoping that when Howard asked him who his best friend was Chris would have said, "Jonny Buckland." (He did say the guys in the band).

She's getting really skinny. I'm not sure I'm on board with it.

I love the puppets. I think it's funny that Jonny's puppet actually looks like him!

I don't know exactly why I love this but I do. You can tell the drawing is his family because one of the faces has long hair!

Not sure if anyone else has brought this up in this thread, but I had a thought this morning--does anyone think the band will be doing more promo appearances when the DVD comes out? Maybe Jimmy Fallon again? I'd like to see their faces all over my TV when the DVD comes out!

It was "L'il Chap!" I wish we'd seen more of that sequence in the 2003 DVD, actually. I'm an animal lover so I would have rescued the seagull too.
