I have the Cybershot HX9V and it takes awesome shots too. I'd love to upgrade to the HX20, someday. Bigger zoom and better sound quality. But I find I'm using my little point and shoot more than my DSLR these days...

Did you see Disney is now using a similar technology with light up Mickey Mouse ears in CA? They debuted it last month at World of Color in coordination with the grand opening of Carsland at California Adventure. Disneys technology is more sophisticated (and expensive - the ears are $24 each) but "our" x-bands were the first.

Aww, Julie. I remember being so touched by Ryan's Mini story online and when we had dinner with you and Jason after the UCLA show last summer. I'm so glad you finally got to meet Chris and tell him about your sweet baby girl.

I think it's so cool he does that :) He came over in Miami too, but there were more people waiting for him. He had Kelly and Jackie running crowd control. Nice way to remember your 42nd show. I'm halfway there! :p

Oh no need to apologize, Tash. I just woke up and was skimming through the thread. But now it's time for more coffee and breakfast for the family, and to watch the video of Trouble over and over and over. It's lovely.

I purchased my VIP packages in January for the Hollywood Bowl show that was in May. The site said that merchandise would be mailed to you. We didn't receive the merchandise until a couple of weeks after our show, the t-shirts, keychains and lithographs. You did need to go to the website to choose tshirt sizes, which we did the minute we received the email. Don't worry, it says on the info for the VIP packages that your merchandise may not arrive before the show. I have a friend who was at the Tampa show last week, and has not received his merchandise by mail yet either. Live Nation is just really slow with it. You will get it :)

Has anyone seen a video of Princess of China? I haven't but I wonder if there was a problem with the drum machine? It's featured heavily in Up in Flames and not in Trouble or Warning Sign. Seemed, based on the Trouble video, that the piano was fine, so maybe it was the drum machine that necessitated the change, since UIF was on the setlist.

I seem to remember in the weeks heading up to the wedding that Chris had performed at the Apple Keynote event and the Bridge School Benefit, so he had been spending a bit of time in CA. But like Oracle has said, they rotate best man duties, too. I suppose they could just have 4 best men standing up for them each wedding, but that might get a bit crowded. LOL Plus I'm sure there are family members who are in the wedding party, too.

I think since Roadie 42 made the "official" announcement that they do upgrades, there will be more people out "looking." Imagine all the disappointed people like her who are just hoping it will happen. I know 2 people who have been upgraded, and it's just such a random thing. Poor Rachel. LOL

They effing played TROUBLE??? Oh my god. I need to go cry now. We went through some very very difficult parenting times a few years ago, and that song always hits me at such a personal level with what we went through. Brings back some really strong feelings. I would be a blubbering mess if I EVER heard that song live again. In the 21 times I've seen the boys, they've played it once, July 14, 2008. Sigh...
