good idea! i've now got a countdown in my sig, and the two sticked thread titles are countdowns too, but i can ask ian to post another reminder on the main page :D haha, well i don't know about that :lol:. i tend to get WAY more involved with coldplaying when i have a lot of uni work, so this project was born out of my midterms and all my action in the wembley threads was born out of my finals :P. honestly, the whole project hasn't been hard work or time-consuming...just a nice little distractor :nice: and yeah, i wasn't thinking removing the deadline altogether, but pushing it back a few days. but i think we'll just keep it where it is for now, and anyone that has questions/objections can PM me or something :P

just because i want to get the word out... ONLY 8 MORE DAYS TO SEND A POSTCARD TO COLDPLAY. get creating and mailing, people!

good point about the late arrivals. debs would pass them on, she definitely wouldn't throw them away, i don't think. and DEFINITELY true about the procrastination. i just hope that people don't procrastinate so much that they don't send one at all :sad:. i'm going to update the title of the main thread with a countdown of days and put it in my sig, so maybe that will get the procrastinators' asses moving! :lol:

oooh, that's cool! i didn't know that you were! the thing is, i'm only half a film student, because my school doesn't have a proper film department. so i'm only minoring in it, but my focus within my major is mass media and pop culture, so it kinda counts :D

^ahh good. it didn't sound that serious anyway, at least not something that would take ages to sort out. are postal workers in the UK government workers? in the US they are, so it's the government's responsibility to make sure everything still gets delivered on time. not that i think the UK government will need to intervene or anything close to that, i'm just curious :P i posted this in the other thread, but... i've just realized how close december 22 is :stunned:. i feel like maybe we should move the date a bit? then again, debs hasn't said what day she's going to be delivering the cards, exactly, so maybe we should just play it safe with the 22nd in case she's going to the bakery on like, january 3rd or something :\

haha, well that's just bad timing :lol: but as long as what alison says is true, i'm not too worried :P

the problem with me and movies is that i'm a film student. ergo, i analyze films more than i get wrapped up in the stories. because of this i don't really cry at that many movies. which is why i'm still sending not-so-subliminal messages for crash--it got my whole class shaken up. and even when i do rarely cry at movies, it's only the first time i see them, but not with crash.

i came home to my coldplay butterfly shirt waiting for me :nice: and my mom got me the Q with chris on it :D

yeah, lore, as long as you have a printer, you can do anything! :D as long as you're printing on paper that's thicker than normal paper, you shouldn't need to go out to print them at all :D
