good point, i didn't think about it being a safety thing :D. my mom knew that i was going to wembley and that semy was buying tickets for me, so once he got them and i told her, she was like "oooh are they good seats?!" and i was like, all excited "they're GA!!" and she looked at me like ":uhoh: you guys are IDIOTS for getting GA." she's a big concert goer, even bigger than i am, but she avoids GA because she's a) painfully short and b) there were like 9 people trampled to death at a pearl jam concert in denmark once, and pearl jam to her is like coldplay to me. i told her not to worry, but she's still skeptical :P. maybe if i tell her about the golden circle thing being for safety, she'll feel better!

^good point. looking at pictures from live earth there and all that, it looked to me like 200-400 people could fit in that first section, which i assume is the golden circle. but who knows if they'll even have that for this gig? however, even without a defined golden circle, we're all going to aim to be in the area that the golden cirlce would be anyway, so who really cares? :P

i have the red VLV shirt, the pink heart one, the white burnout, and the blue butterfly one is waiting for me at home :nice: (i'm a tshirt junkie :sad:). i'm pretty petite and relatively skinny, but i got mediums in all the shirts just to be safe (i don't like things to be too tight, and i have a perpetual fear of things running small). the pink and red shirts fit perfectly, but the white DAAHF ones is a BIT tighter, but that's probably because i have to wear a tank under it so it's not see-through. i won't be able to try on the butterfly one until saturday when i get home, but i would say order up to be safe. as for the sweatshirt, i dont have the VIVA one, but i have a very similar one from the strokes, and like zoe said, it was originally big, but after a few washes it started to fit perfectly :D

yeah, i'm looking for a good online gif maker to see if i could make it snow in the chris avatar, and maybe some of the lights blink in my sig, but i KNOW i'll mess it up :lol:

however, watching him sleep with gwyneth is another matter entirely :lol:

incidentally, my new sig was my original card to send to the guys (without the writing on, of course). the quality was so bad on the card when i printed it, though, that it wasn't worth sending :sad:. but semy made the quality better for me and i thought it would be nice as a sig :nice:. i wish i could have sent it, though.

oooh well. most of my public transport stories are from holland and aren't that funny because they all have to do with me not being fluent in dutch. but i do have one from an airport that's coldplay-related, kinda. i was flying to holland this summer (well, london, then holland) on british airways. i got...kinda lucky, because my mom's best friend's husband is one of the big cheeses in british airways and he got me first class and had a personal assistant and got to hang out in the VIP lounge. my personal assistant was explaining everything to me about everywhere i went in the airport while my flight was delayed, and she said "i'm just sorry that there aren't any celebrities in the VIP lounge now for you to hang out with...there were some there a few days ago, though." and a lightbulb went off in my head, since i knew coldplay had just flown to NYC then to do the free MSG shows. so i asked "have you ever worked with coldplay?" and the personal assistant lady was like "coldplay...coldplay...:thinking:" and i was like "you know, the guy married to gwyneth paltrow." and she went "OH! yes, they were here on sunday. they gave me tickets to the MSG show. what adorable children gwyneth has!" and i got rather excited. on a different note, as nice as it was for them to get me a personal assistant and all, it was rather annoying to have her follow me around like a lackey all over the place.

i'm cooking up a new christmas-themed sig, since my current one is so last year :P the one i'm working on now was actually a reject for my postcards from far away project postcard. the only reason i didn't send it was because when i printed it, the quality was TERIBBLE because of the lengths i had to go to to get the thing to work. it'll probably be ready in a bit :nice:
