this was the biggest grower for me. at first i just thought it was cool, but now i think it's in my top 5 songs on the album. lyrics aren't my favorite, but the music TOTALLY makes up for it. the lalalala part gives me chills.

this and VLV are tied for first for me. then LIJ comes next, but i like the acoustic just a bit better. i get excited every time strawberry swing comes up while i'm playing this album on loop. i love it THAT much :D

i think that in 4 months, or just any significant amount of time, i'm still going to say AROBBTH and parachutes are my top two albums ever. VLVOD is an EXTREMELY close third, though. it definitely beats X&Y! (which i do love, BTW). i just have to listen to this more, though, before i say anything i really regret.

i'm joining for now, but i think in 5 months time, AROBBTH and parachutes are still going to be my #1 and #2, with VLVOD as a close 3rd. VERY close third. i just feel a bit odd about saying all this stuff on the FIRST DAY i heard it, because i thought X&Y was the best thing since toilet paper the first time i heard it and now...i love it but not nearly as much as the others.

you know, i've always had a bit of a suspicion that chris was mildly bipolar. reading this makes it even more likely in my mind :P thanks for this!

i'm torn between VLV and strawberry swing.

i wouldn't even think of NOT buying the album. i've already preordered the vinyl on amazon, so there's that, and i'm buying the CD the second i can, but i don't think that's going to be able to be on the 17th, unfortunately. AND i'll be ordering concert tickets on june 14 as well... DO IT, PEOPLE. even if it's just the itunes/amazon DL or the CD, do it. or donate to the CCC/oxfam, at the very least.

i totally forgot about VLV. that's my favorite, with strawberry swing slightly behind /equal to it :P

strawberry swing for me, by far. lovers is a close second. i love them all, really, but 42 isnt in my top 5, i don't think. i have to listen more. i feel weird even saying all this now.

it is really really interesting that only people in the area of NY seem to be winning. the thing is I'M IN THE AREA :bigcry: i mean, i'm out of state, but i live less than 50 miles from manhattan, which is closer than a lot of locations in NY. i've mostly lost all hope, but i'm stalking my email all day tomorrow and on thursday. maybe they've only given out the NY emails so far? nahhh, probably not; that's illogical.

aww, thanks mich :nice: (and everyone else!) i'm just glad it's actually been helpful! i had fun making it at any rate, but it's good that other people have been using it too. i was considering putting all the ticket sales on there as well, but it was WAY too busy and hard to do, so i guess people will just have to fend for themselves on that one :\

we'll definitely scope it out, but no promises. like i said before, it's not going to be well-marked or anything like that. they don't WANT it to be found, at least not by people on the street. google earth is another matter :D
