Porcupine Tree - Deadwing [ATTACH]23616[/ATTACH]

I love this band. I cant believe i only discovered them 2 weeks ago (purely by accident) why they are so unkown is beyond me... but i'm so glad i've found them. My favourite album of theirs is probably Deadwing, but their new album Fear of a Blank Planet is very impressive aswell. Those who don't know Porcupine tree yet who are reading this, you should really check them out. You won't regret it. Well I've only got their three latest albums. Can anyone here tell me if its worth getting the earlier albums (ie: Lightbulb Sun) when I'm a fan of their later stuff?

Ah man i just got this album after hearing their new single, and its a real worthy buy. I would say its better than their first album, which i couldn't really get into. Apart from the last two songs, the album is really upbeat. Overall, i'll give it an 8/10.

Yeah the new prospect entry is interesting. Looks like theyre all taking this album very seriously, perhaps a little too seriously by the sound of it. But whatever works best. Just that very few songs out of 25 have been given thumbs up tells me that theyre not finishing up any time soon. Good entry though.

:p Although it would be difficult to say that zune is not healthy competition, from what I've seen, it seems to be more impressive than the ipod. I dont like the brown model though. And I reckon the next ipod (due out christmas time) could very well blow Zune out of the water, with its touch screen controls and stuff similar to what will be available on iphone.
