you need a gif animator program... erm *thinks* bnest to check out download.com for one

to do the flashing colours you'd need to make it either a GIf animation, or do it in flash... i've not made an animated one yet, so i really couldnt help you there i'm afraid, sorry

in the uk we get repeats quiteoften on a sky channel calle dLiving TV... other than that...cos i notice the american flag, try Kazaa for it?

Liquid sky... my banners/sigs are on a rotator. Which means everytime you view a thread and i've posted in there, the banner/sig should change to something at random out of the 85 images i've set. i'm not going to my profile to change them, i just make em, upload em to me webspace and then do me rotator to include said images. one thread you might get terminator 3, another hannibal lector, or family guy. it's random :) it's to try help stop bordom with sigs :)

my avatar is one i made the other day, and i really like it my sigs are on rotators so they just change everytime you view a new thread i post in :) i have 85 images in my rotator at the moment so you can get either one. it's something i got used to doing on a buffy forum, and now i kinda like em. AFTER EDIT interest tidbit...the avatar is a picture of me..and there are two banners with me in them
