Will Mylo Xyloto leak? ** EFFECTIVE 16-10 LINKS NOT PERMITTED ** (PART I)
Joe, you've clearly never done this before. You don't 'look' for a leak; it's very obvious when it happens. You typing on Google won't speed up another persons decisions to upload the album.

Paradise - *official* full version (YouTube video - in first post)
Their youtube version of the song is different to the itunes version - not much of a difference, just no Chris falsetto at the start. Compare the two.

The Positive ETIAW Thread
joshtimo replied to Technicolor Sparks's topic in Every Teardrop Is A Waterfall (Single, EP & video)It is a celebration song, it's about expressing what you want to express. It's a positive spin on a not so deep idea. But if indeed it is a closer on the album I can see it being an excellent celebration of the album and of life in general. Very uplifting. And the media is always gonna bash Coldplay. They bash them when they make slow songs, they bash them when they release something like this. It's trendy to hate on Coldplay, get over it.

Every Teardrop Is A Waterfall (OUT THIS FRI(ROW)/SAT (UK)!!) - [Walking Man and Videos + GIFs + Scre
I think the song is the sound of four people playing very tightly together and is actually a magnificent celebration song. If it is indeed the last song on the album, what a great way to end what could still be a rather intimate affair (we have heard only ONE song!). Also, in understanding Chris' statement about making a final push to be the biggest band in the world, I think they have succeeded in making an organic sounding, yet large, pop song along the lines of U2. Love the energy, and am completely intrigued by their promotion (or lack thereof) for the album. Bands get tired of their tour/record cycle and want to switch up their sound and their strategy. They have redesigned everything, from stage, to clothes, to sound, and haven't spoken one word about it like in previous campaigns. They dont need to repeat themselves or build hype after months of magazines and reporters living with them at the studio in building to the album release. They will simply let the music speak for itself. When a band the size of Coldplay say they want an album to come out with less fan fair, it's hard to imagine how, but somehow, in typical Coldplay style, they have achieved just that. A large affair without any fan fair! Kanye tried this promotion style with his last album and in some respects it failed, the gamble didn't work out with regards to album sales. But Google Coldplay and see how many sites are making the story up for the band. They haven't had to do interviews with anyone and yet EVERY music source is writing long articles about the new single and forthcoming album. They are already getting all the promotion they need. It will be interesting to see if this works out for Coldplay. I hope it does. Good job boys. Haters gon hate! (Also, having a song title that sounds like another sad Coldplay song, and then coming out with the actual song was a brilliant move in my mind. They are always thinking of how to turn the game that they invented on its head, and in my mind they delivered again.)

Real or Fake? Famous Old Painters
It didn't leak from some anonymous person, it was bundled with very legitimate perviously unheard Coldplay instrumentals for album tracks. For anyone who doesn't know the story, the same source is hosting Lukas and Chris is very easily heard in the track, as well as Solid Ground, from the X&Y sessions. It's very real imo.

NEW! Chris Martin performs with Jay-Z at Yankees Stadium, NYC (13th September 2010)
According to the setlist in this thread: http://www.kanyelive.com/talk/kanye-west/jay's-set-list-for-tonight-(kanye-songs-included)/ It looks like Chris might be doing a couple songs with Jay-Z. http://twitpic.com/2o7esw This pic makes it look like he'll play piano in heart of the city, perform Most Kingz then play Viva La Vida - and the other guests playing that night have their own solo song as well so it makes sense that Viva La Vida would be last. Anyone there or on twitter following this? Thoughts?

Before we die?
Haha I think the quote was actually, "We have a song everybody should hear before we die", as in, listen to it before the band dies (a joke), rather than, you should hear it, it's called "Before We Die"!
