The Temper Trap - I'm Gonna Wait

I'm loving this album! I really think it's pretty amazing. It took me awhile to get into Conditions. It was only after I saw them live at Laneway a year later that I had a new appreciation for Conditions. Not for this one though. Pretty much loved it right off the bat. My favs so far are: The Sea is Calling Miracle - which I think it's the best song on the album. It's truly amazing. This Isn't Happiness Dreams I"m Gonna Wait The others are good too but those songs are a stand out for me. I think Need Your Love is the weakest song on the album.

I'm so glad he cut his hair. Hated the longish hair thing. :P

Agreed. Though Humbug really grew on me and I really enjoyed the darker sound after months of listening to it. Lol. I haven't listen to SIAS in a long time since it's release. :laugh3: Favourite Worst Nightmare is still my favourite album to date.

I've always loved this album and it hasn't changed. I"m still listening to it and enjoying it. Now a whole lot more since they are coming to NZ and I"m sooo excited about it. :D

Got my tickets! :D Heard pre-sale tickets was sold out without the first 1hr! I decided to get allocated seating this time round as I want to experience the light show proper. Sooo excited!!!! Nov can't come any faster!!!! The last two times I got GA tickets I went super early and got great spots. This would be my first time having allocated seating so I can't really say. EDIT: But then I realised you said allocated standing positions. I have no idea what the difference is between that and GA. :laugh3:

So I've decided that Black Rain is a brilliant song. Love the music for it. Other favs include: You are Young Sea Fog Disconnected Strangeland The Boys (the starting music sounds a lot like a BSB song. LOL) Everything else is pretty meh.

Flo has a new song in the soundtrack for that movie. ;)

Why the hell would they go to Dunedin?! The logical choice would be Christchurch in my opinion. Come to freaking Christchurch!!

Been waiting for them to annouce NZ tour dates and then to find out they are touring with Coldplay?! I can die happy now.

I hope they'll do another date. I would definitely go for both if they did.

I would rather have them play safe and be average than put out another PS. I think the reason why I like Strangeland is because it doesn't sound like PS at all. Lol.

Soooo glad Strangeland sounds NOTHING like PS!! I've only listened to it once and it's alright. I'll give my final verdict after a few listens. It needs to grow on me I think. I never cared much about Sea Fog when it was performed live but I'm in love with the studio version. Sooo goood.

I always thought this would be a great closer to the show like Death and All His Friends if they played it.

I was under the impression that Clocks was HUGE when if first came out. Then again, I was late to the Coldplay party so I might be wrong. But if it does follow the path of Clocks - where CB isn't popular now but later - then I don't mind. Clocks did get the Grammys. ;)
