no no, SEPTEMBER RULES! :cool: mine is on september 9 reg, one of my closes friends has the same bday as you - 9th june. right now i'm waiting for scrubs to come on but that's half an hour away...

LOL :lol: !!! i definitely like it, especially interpreting poems etc, but modern history is my ultimate favorite, but like english, it's all about backing what you say.

yeah but i can't take the excuse that 'studies get in the way' seriously. i just can't imagine anyone spending every waking hour studying, and that they can find no time to spend with friends. i think the 'i'm busy' excuse is overly used and is a way to get out of something so easily. now and then is understandable, but if it becomes an expected answer then it's not a 50/50 friendship which is should be. don't waste your time on those people, just remember your earlier fond memories and press forward to make new ones :nice: friends will always make time for you, if they truly care about you, and a real friend always considers your feelings. where there's a will there's a way :thumbsup:

i really enjoy interpreting novels and writing essays on them. back in school, english: language and literature was a fav subject of mine. one thing i know for sure that will guarantee you good marks, is backing up whatever you say with references in the text to support your argument. sounds pretty straight forward but some tend to write in in first person, which you aren't meant to do unless instructed etc etc but yeah, it doesn't matter if your analysis of the text is different to that of your teacher or other students, what matters is you support what you say and make it sound convincing. you probably know this already lol anyone can argue any point on anything, the thing that makes it credible is the references you use to support your analysis. ^^^^^ LOL, a guy i know totally had no clue on a physics test, so instead he wrote 3 pages on why the test was completely irrelevent and pointless for this future and he got a B+ lol i find that ridiculous but it's not the first time i've heard that happening :shifty:

oh lol well did you stop keeping in touch because of distance? that always seems to happen, but i think it's also a show of how strong the friendship was to begin with. true friends always stay connected imo :nice:

well i have a long time friend who i met the first day of orientation week at uni, and that was roughly 2 years ago and although we don't talk for months, we can meet up randomly and carry on as if we just saw each other yesterday. i love friendships like that, plus it helps that he's the greatest guy to be around :nice: :thumbsup: on the other hand, i have a friend who i've known since primary school and considered really close, then we parted after high school and now we have a weird relationship where she has her friends and i have mine. when we meet nowadays, i'm struggling to find something to talk about...it's a shame really. i take it you're in a similar situation?

yeah speed and impatience cause death (so does road rage), and i know lack of common sense does too, but speeding is a major cause of death on the roads, and that takes the first prize as the worst skill to have yet more common in men than women, imo. hey atleast this myth that women are the worst drivers have benefitted some, we got our own lane :cool: LOL
