my parents enjoy pretty much anything can understand, meaning anything besides rap. basically easy going tunes. in particular, coldplay, il divo, robbie williams, elton john, mew (they are coming around lol ), U2 etc. they aren't huge fans of any of those, but really like their music - if you get what i mean :nice:

i just realised i've been SO deprived of movies. i've seen none of those films listed - none! as for television. go house, lost, 24..and hbo programs. i shall always support them for bringing me band of brothers!

05 long weekend away with friends from back in school/gaining closure and moving on! 04 getting a job i really enjoy/completing chemistry with top marks 03 my 20th birthday! 02 switching degrees and unis - finally studying what i want. 01 coldplay concert in brisbane - without a doubt!

NIK! i agree with Ian, this is the best thread lol gives a great overview of what it's been like here, for those who visit daily, and others who visit once a blue moon. personally, i still question 'the louge' and other lounge-like sections in forums, but it's nice to have it there even if i don't use it all the time, like a certain cd/dvd i bought that i have yet to play.

like i said earlier, it's all in the mind. if you believe in karma, then you consciously choose to see things in that way. i believe in karma and it's been a great positive in my life so i have no basis in not believing. when something terrible happens to me, i look back at something i could've done that would've made it eventuate, and of course there is always something, so in turn i avoid making that mistake which once again, makes my life that more problem-free. (not sure if this is making sense as i'm quite distracted at the moment...watching a movie :embarassed: lol)
