I would definitely move if it was me. People like that.. will for sure find it difficult integrating themselves back into society after committing such a horrific crime. And the public should know where she is.. so that they can take precautions.

I don't do it with animals, thanks though. One time, I was rubbing my cat at home in a spot..and she started making weird noises. But no stimulation on my part of course.
