  6. No, nothing that I had mentioned what I did not want to tell about is out yet that I know of. It's not that it is a secret, it's just that I feel that some things are worth saving and you will enjoy it all more if it comes from the source. Other ppl that were at the lecture may have talked about it on twitter and such. That is up to them. It may not be a big thing to the rest of you, but it was for me. That's all I am going to say about it. Thanks for understanding :)

  8. Just my 2 cents, adding yet another post to probably the longest thread evaa.....wonder if they are going to do something totally out of the box and different with this album? They want to make it a big surprise so like no info can get out at all to spoil it. I have no idea what :wacky: If they are going to release the album in time for Christmas sales, they would need to do so soon, otherwise it will be ringing in for 2016!
  9. thanks for posting this!
  10. stephend20000 told me this: When your writing a post there should be a plus button next to it to go to a larger editor. Then press the 3 dots button in the top right and hit attach picture. See if that works
  11. We RT'd this article today from NME and the video above is lovely [h=1]80k join viral campaign to get Coldplay protest mash-up to Christmas Number One[/h] NHS cuts protest song is combination of Simon and Garfunkel’s 'Bridge Over Troubled Water' and Coldplay’s 'Fix You' A viral campaign aiming to get a song protesting cuts against the NHS to Number One at Christmas has attracted nearly 80,000 pledges from the public. In 2013, the Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Choir released Christmas single 'Bridge Over You', an arrangement of Simon and Garfunkel’s 'Bridge Over Troubled Water' and Coldplay’s 'Fix You'. The choir had been formed by Gareth Malone on BBC show The Choir: Sing While You Work, with the original single release marking the 65th anniversary of the NHS. Following further cuts to the NHS from the Conservative Government, a Junior Doctor from Cambridge, Dr Harriet Nerva, has launched a Facebook group to get the song to Number One. "The NHS faces a cruel winter ahead. Budget cuts, low staff morale, junior doctors balloting for industrial action, and hospitals up and down the country being classed as 'inadequate'. We are closer than ever to that cliff edge, but we WILL NOT let the NHS fall," the Facebook campaign reads.
  12. Well, look at this <iframe width="560" height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/ve1sevQpQLQ" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
  13. Iiris, you can send a card and/or a gift but you are not required to send a gift. Some members post pictures of the cards/gifts the have received from their Secret Santa here in the thread. Shipping can get expensive so a card is just fine :) Some Members make beautiful hand made cards so it's the thought that counts

  19. Here's a thread where there is some info on this http://www.coldplaying.com/forum/threads/103042-Article-Vevo-Looks-to-Take-Music-Videos-into-Virtual-Reality?highlight=
  20. Interesting article http://www.theverge.com/2015/10/23/9602594/mtv-emas-2015-360-degree-virtual-reality MTV is live streaming the 2015 EMAs in 360-degree virtual reality It's the continuation of an experiment from this year's VMAs MTV is taking another step into virtual reality programming with this year's edition of its Europe Music Awards. The network is going to live stream the ceremony's red carpet pre-show and main show in 360-degree VR upon its airing this Sunday night. Fans who download the show's associated app (available on iOS and Android devices) and have a cardboard headset lying around will have access to the show's full VR experience, and headset-free viewers can still play around with the 360-degree cameras capturing the event. MTV has streamed pieces of its biggest events in virtual reality before. The network live streamed the red carpet portion of the VMAs using the same 360-degree VR technology when that show aired in August, and it was enough of a success to make expanding the technology to a full event viable. Using the EMAs as a sort of laboratory for new technology makes sense, too: it's less high-profile than the VMAs, and it'll give MTV a chance to test the technology and make a few mistakes before bringing it to more widely viewed domestic events. "We are always looking at new ways to engage our audience and push boundaries," said Viacom International president and CEO Bob Bakish in a statement. "The MTV EMAs are one of the biggest nights of the year for us globally, so it makes sense to immerse viewers in this event live via virtual reality."
  21. Squeeeeee! I'm in! December 1st I am opening up the Christmas thread! Unless Batman wants to make a "New and Improved one" :snobby:
