I´m living right next to Olympia Park ^^ ten minutes by bike to BMW Welt. A few people from the forum were lucky, so we should be quite a big group in front of the doors this time. To those who haven´t got a ticket: I got mine for Cologne the day before the concert after I didn´t get a ticket on the actual sale. You need to have a look at the eventim website from time to time, there will be tickets coming back as soon as people realise they can´t really sell them on ebay.

we can have a coldplaying meet up in front of the doors before the concert starts :)

Oh dear, I immediatley had two tickets (I tried with two computers myself and asked three friends to try aswell) and was so scared to lose them that I didn´t dare to go back to the previous page when I selected a 7€ insurance by mistake.. now I have insured tickets to print out myself :rolleyes3: One of my friends was lucky and then suddenly lost the tickets because his eventim App failed... these sales are so cruel, but anyway: I´ll be there :loveshower::bliss::dazzled:

Please stop it :bigcry: You're probably right, but it´s just too awful to think about it. I hope the coldplaying karma is still working... And if it's not, I´ll sneak into the building the day before the show and hide somewhere in a bathroom :D

100€ ? that's ridiculous... Cologne was way cheaper...

Thanks for calling eventim! I'm afraid there is no possibility to improve your chances, all you can do is hope to be luckier than the others. This ticketalarm is no advantage for this kind of concert, we already know that there will be a concert

I´m already scared of Friday... those poor eventim servers will go down so badly! but a few of us coldplayers will certainly get lucky and a few others might get their extra ticket.... :dazzled:

is it even possible to be so lucky twice? My gosh, I´m going nuts right now... :freak: :freak: :freak: it´s such a tiny venue... and it´s nothing like a tour. I don´t really get why they go to Munich anyway, not like I´m complaining but it´s weird Germany gets two shows and nearly every other country none at all. Seems to be too good to be true for us German fans

I love the song! I haven´t heard of Cat Powers before, but her voice is beautiful and fits great with Chris´. I also really like the lyrics. I definitley wouldn´t say it´s better than the GS songs and it would be nice is there was a little more of Chris singing, but it´s a great song and already made my day :)

I also made my own sky full of stars, it was really easy to do and I think it looks great (especially the shadows on the wall when I turn on the light). I love the stars above the stage on live shows, very simple and yet so beautiful! It somehow fits the atmosphere of GS. :nice:

They wanted to do an intimate 360° -tour (not like U2 but with screens all around the stage), but that would have been to expensive, if I remember correctly.

That´s the perfect plan for listening to the album for the first time! I planned something like that, but when the itunes stream appeard I couldn´t resist and listened to the songs I already knew on Tuesday. On Wednesday I listened to All your friends , tonight it will be Ghost Story and tomorrow when my album arrives, I´ll hear O for the first time (I muted it on Zane Lowe and the iTunes Stream), so I still have something to be excited about. I´m so looking foreward to it :dance:

I decided to wait for listening to O until Monday when I have the real CD and stopped the stream after ASFOS, so this thread is killing me now :D I really loved Ink and especially True Love, and the album versions of the songs we already heard are also better somehow I might say. I already know that O will be the best song ever, I´m so looking forward to it and I´ll probably be crying like a baby.

Thank you for the video chommy! I´ve been thinking about making my own stars since I first saw them and I´m surprised they´re that easy to make. I´ll have to print out the lyrics sheets, plain white paper stars are not that pretty.

When I first heard (a part of) the studio version of ASFOS in the Zane Lowe interview yesterday, I was a little shocked because I loved the live version on Friday in Cologne so much and it wasn´t even slightly an EDM style song. At first I thought Chris was just joking around when he said that Aviici was working on the song and I was a little disappointed because I thought Aviici only could ruin a Coldplay song. But now after listening to the full studio version and the Jools Holland live version a few times, I`m content with the song. I prefer the live version with more guitar and less Aviici, but the studio version is still pretty good. It´s a powerful and engergetic song and although quite different to what they usally do, it´s still clearly Coldplay imo. I believe that GS will be an amazing album, with a good mixture between old (Oceans) and new/experimental (ASFOS) Coldplay.

Thank you so much for your review! And for representing the real fans! I´m shocked that guy didn´t have enough brains to ask one of the people waiting outside to be his +1, what an ignorant idiot. I listend to the Baden-Baden gig and I wouldn´t say it was a lot worse than Cologne, I´d rather say it was different. Cologne was intimate, but the venue tonight was really tiny, what makes it even more special. It´s a shame that Chris wasn´t well and his voice wasn´t as good as we´re used to, but he still talked quite a lot imo and charmed the crowd. And I´m surprised the audience was that excited/enthusiastic , I wouldn´t have expected that of Song-With-Rhianna-People :P
