  1. But the fact is that your religious leader preaches hatred of gays. That completely goes against every "love thy fellow man" quote in the bible. That's like ruler Mao telling his people to stage an election. Who has their leader preach against their sacred text?
  2. If the book says love one another, then why are we told by the church to hate gays? This is one of the many contradictions that confuse readers all around the world. Really though, what makes the bible different from any other book? Some say it's "text to live by", but if it's just text, then why can't I write a short novel and call it a religion? That's what L. Ron Hubbard did. I say it's much easier to abolish religion in general. It would defuse so many issues we have in the world today.
  3. But you were supposed to pick your least favorite.
  4. Just be happy you found them.
  5. Well I have to say that In Rainbows and Kid A are superior to OK Computer.

There are certain males I wish (for my viewing pleasure, and for their self-esteem) that would wear concealer. I have to feel bad for guys who are deemed 'pimplemoose' due to their acne.
  7. On and off for almost a year.
  8. Viva la Vida or Death and All His Friends sounds like a contemplation by the band as to what the actual title will be, rather than an album. Either that, or a double album.
  9. I think OK Computer is completely over-rated, although I wouldn't say Blow Out is superior to Karma Police or Let Down.
  10. I would have to say they're my favorite too, which is why I listed them. I really hope that Idioteque wins in the end though. I'd say that is clearly Radiohead's best song. In fact, it might be the best song of the decade.
  11. I'm waiting for Jedi Mind Tricks to appear. I'm guessing there aren't any other hip-hop heads around here, though, seeing as no one else voted for the Wu.
  12. I don't think any song from Pablo Honey stands a chance against songs like Weird Fishes/Arpeggi, Idioteque, and Let Down, among others.
  13. I still wish it was 42, Famous Old Painters or simply Death and All His Friends.

My guess is that it is the 'Viva La Vida' painting Chris saw that inspired the album's title.
  15. What is everyone's favorite experimental Radiohead album? That would be anything after OK Computer. I think my personal favorite is Kid A, although In Rainbows is also a great album.
  16. I'm glad someone else recognizes Wilco's brilliance. My personal favorites are: Radiohead Wilco Tokyo Police Club British Sea Power The Roots
  17. I can't believe people like this album title. Death and All His Friends isn't bad, but Viva La Vida is absolutely terrible. Famous Old Painters or 42 would have been MUCH better.
  18. Radiohead - Bodysnatchers I haven't been able to stop playing In Rainbows as of late.
  19. I voted for Anyone Can Play Guitar. I seriously hope no one else votes for Blow Out, seeing as that was clearly the best track on the album.
  20. Perfume: The Story Of A Murderer; (9/10, solid) No Country For Old Men; (13/10, incredible)
  21. That's incredibly cheap for a single. Our shop is the cheapest around for singles and the cheapest ones are $5+.
  22. Well, a general single would range from $5-$15. My shop in particular sells the older Radiohead singles for $12, and the newer ones for $9-$10, Canadian dollars, of course. It's rare that we get people ordering in singles.

Stale oxygen and Tokyo Police Club tickets.
