when i went to get the tickets on ticketmaster, for the fun of it i selected the best option - i got floor tickets (section 4 seat 1 & 2), but then gave them up becaues i am poor at the moment. settled on section 308 .. :D now i am thinking that mabye i could've gotten them, because maybe i could've sold them to someone who really wanted floor so they wouldn't have to get it from a scalper

i heard an announcement on both XRT and 101.9 for the second show. i think i was pretty lucky to hear it, though, because i am usually listening to my XM radio. so, i don't really know if they announced it that many times..

true, true. i would never get floor sectino 6 for $120. that would be a rip. i will probably get 300 level, if possible, this next saturday anywhoos.. i just have a different perspective about them because i've been able to score some pretty good tickets in the past. i'm glad someone else is pissed about this.. thank goodness they will be having another show. although i'm scared what will happen this time around..

I feel like I still have to listen to the CD a couple of more times to either - appreciate it more, or to be able to truly tell if I love it or not. As of right now, it's a good album, but that's about it. Just good, but not one of their best ever. I do like how it is different, though. As for playing some of this stuff live, I did notice that Chris was having a hard time singing Viva la Vida live, and it could be pretty good, but he has to tighten it up a bit.. I don't know man, I still feel like I like AROBTTH best .. I find it interesting to see that now people are saying that X&Y was not as great as they thought it was. I personally, didn't think it was THE best when it came out. And I liked the Y side better because it sounded more like their old stuff. I don't know why I feel like they are trying to hard so they can measure up - they are always saying their last album was crap and they need to make the next one better. I also agree that they don't need to hype it up so much. I don't like how they said they would never do ads and it was always about the music, but nowadays, it doesn't seem like that anymore.. it seems like they are trying to push their album so hard.. they are on itunes commercials left and right.. they were never like that before. That puts so much more pressure on them.

my sister has done a version of that and it worked like a charm. the security lady saw it (the pads surrounding the camera) , said, "Whoops!" , then left her alone. I usually just put my camera into a bag within a bag. Or, if it's really cold outside, I put it into the side of my down jacket (maybe wrapped in a mitten or something to make it feel less pointy), and when they pat you down, they don't really feel it because of all the fabric. They really aren't that picky. I've never had anyone confiscate my camera.

i feel like burcu is pretty unique, and that's why it sounds familiar. a have a vague image of an avatar in my head.. 40,000 posts.. i haven't been on here in awhile, but that's quite an accomplishment! i don't know what people's best are nowadays..

all i have to say is that Coldplay is no longer alternative. i would now classify them as pop.

it might be the case that most people who win will be from new york, because when i tried to win free tickets when Conan came to Chicago, I got free tickets for two days. my brother in nj tried to get tickets and he didn't win anything. i know it's not exactly the same case, but similar. in any case, that BLOWS!! can you still sign up for this thing, or is that already over? when i go onto the website it says thanks for participating, but doesn't let me sign up again.

I signed up like three times, but never got a confirmation email sent to me, so I don't believe that is a good sign for me. :(
