Great interview! I am really interested in the part where he said he had to cut the scene of Chris running to the band during a soundcheck and a song was born out of thin air. I would have loved to see that. Also just thinking of all the songs they have unreleased simply because they don't want to put out too much material... Who knows what gems we haven't heard and never will.

Great finds with all of those! And I think the reason why we have a studio recording of Jonny's guitar is because at one point they had a more rockier version loaded with guitars. I read that last night in Deb's new book. And I think it may be in the studio version as you said but only in the third chorus and turned down quite a bit. Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk

Thinking again regarding the Blu-ray... It's funny how Live 2012 was shot with this grainy effect but was still released on a Blu-ray, and now we have Live 2017 which looks pretty crisp and no Blu-ray release. I don't get it lol. Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk

I don't believe so, no. I guess there is always a possibility of bonus features, but I don't expect anything.

The more I think about it, it really would have made so much sense if they had released Life is Beautiful to go along with this announcement. They could have put that out instead of Viva La Vida, or even as a pre-order bonus. I know some people aren't a fan of it but it just kind of makes sense to promote a new live album with a brand new song taken from the live album. I think more people would be interested.
