  1. Yeah I hear ya there. I would love a trailer or even a teaser. The year is not over yet, so who knows?!
  2. Its definitely not coming til 2018. I know Mat Whitecross himself said not to expect anything before Christmas. My bet is Feb-April 2018.
  3. I definitely can see them doing the intro videos at the beginning or when they change venues. Pretty much what they did live where it would speed up and show where they went around the world.
  4. Yeah I'm just glad we know one is coming soon and they are hard at work on it. The one thing Im really hoping for is for the quality to be really good. Live 2012 was shot with a different camera or had some effects on it. Either way I don't like how grainy it looks. A 4K HDR release would be awesome, but I'll take the crisp HD quality like the Believe in Love video. Sent from my SM-G955U using Coldplaying mobile app
  5. I could definitely see them doing a more stripped back album along with simplified album art. As you said the past three covers have been pretty busy, so I think it would make sense for them to do something minimalistic. Sent from my SM-G955U using Coldplaying mobile app
  6. Just came here to see if anyone knew about that as well. I guess we'll find out tomorrow what it means lol. Sent from my SM-G955U using Coldplaying mobile app

  8. No idea! I love it! I think the live intro was better. I don't care for the fade in on the studio version as much, but that's my only real complaint. Other than that I love the song. Good instrumentation, good lyrics, good build up. It's a great song to listen to when you want to feel positive about the universe/life. Especially after you've actually had an amazing day. 9. Hmmm yeah... I was pretty certain before but this definitely confirms it. Also it is really obvious during Glastonbury. There are some shots where his mouth isn't even near the mic and the vocals come through. I was disappointed when I first heard about it, and to be honest I still am a bit, but I can understand why. His voice must be so tired from all the touring and everything else, he just needs a longer break during the set. But I would rather have them just not play Clocks if he can't/doesn't want to sing it anymore. When I saw them live I enjoyed Clocks, but definitely not as much because I knew the vocals weren't live. Oh well, not really a huge deal but I sure hope it doesn't continue through the next era (it probably will). Sent from my SM-G955U using Coldplaying mobile app

  11. It does seem like a long time, but it will be here before you know it. It still feels like yesterday when we were waiting for the Global Citizen Festival to hear the new song (Amazing Day) and now here we are 2 years later with the Era pretty much over. One thing for sure is that time will always go on. So no matter the wait, it will come. Also, there will come a day where the band will stop, so the longer that takes, the better. I just want to enjoy the ride, and the hype and build up to a new era is always my favorite part. The guessing, the speculation, the rumors, I love it all! And I wonder if what Chris means by no conventional Coldplay albums, will also relate to eras/touring. I love the fact that every era has a distinct look and feel to it. Most fans can look at a picture of the band and know exactly what era its from. So maybe they will stop doing the "themes"? I can't picture them not doing it, but honesty who knows? That's the fun part in waiting for the next era. Also it's great to speculate with you all. I can't wait til we see our first photo/hear our first rumor. That's when the fun begins. Bring it on!
  12. Hmmm that's a great sign! Although it could still mean they're going to release a live version right? Maybe along with the DVD? Fingers crossed for a studio version though! Sent from my SM-G955U using Coldplaying mobile app
  13. Weren't they working on AHFOD, but put it on hold to do GS first because of Chris divorce? At least that's what I remember reading. Sent from my SM-G955U using Coldplaying mobile app

  17. Yeah I forgot about Live 2017. I'm thinking it won't be released until mid December, but as soon as it's released, I think that will officially mark the end of the era. Sent from my SM-G955U using Coldplaying mobile app
  18. Nice, I'll check all those out! Sent from my SM-G955U using Coldplaying mobile app
  19. Nice find! This is really interesting and I never heard some of those remixes before. I absolutely love the Ulrich Schnauss one, and I'm going to check out your other version now!
  20. Sad to see the AHFOD era come to an end, but it's very fitting that it's ending where it started. Can't wait to see what they do next!

  25. Here is the debute: And here is one of the most recent performances (go to 1:13) They definitely ironed it out a bit and it makes me want a studio version that much more. I have a feeling they're only going to release a live version, but where there are backing tracks in place, one can hope a studio version will be released.
