Coldplaying doesn't really have many sports fans
get it sanctioned by the government or whoever has the authority to sanction it and you're free to have your sport. thats how sports like cage fighting are allowed. same deal with rugby. they also have their own tribunals to punish people who break the rules.

Apple Keynote, September 1st 2010
I don't understand people who buy apple just because it's apple. The fact that u had people lining up overnight to buy the epic fail that is the IPad is rather sad. But I do think that the MacBook pro is the best in it's field as is the iPod touch.

I hope this means new Phoenix album. If they tour aus for a 3rd time with Wolfgang it would be rather sad.

at the moment something like sunset sounds is worth so much more than BDO. the lineup is just perfect for me and my friends alike at a price only slightly higher than BDO. of course you have to add the costs of flight/roadtrip and accommodation but it might just be worth it for me. and i havent been to brisbane in sooo long!

Coldplaying doesn't really have many sports fans
it could mean either rugby union, rugby league (played predominantly along the east coast of australia and part of the UK), aussie rules (played in melbourne) or soccer. at the moment, at least in sydney all 4 are as popular as each other.

^^ wow thats pretty cool. golf is very under-appreciated in the sporting community. it might not be the best exciting sport to watch on tv but the skill involved in playing it is quite incredible.

Aussie, Aussie, Aussie, Oi, Oi, Oi
well grace u were right!! labor in power now. but only for so long if u ask me. i hope they can roll out this broadband network before anything goes wrong. australia's an aging nation which struggles to understand or comprehend the importance and value of technology, so it's vital that they install this network before the old people get to have their say again in an election.

webber would have an outright lead by now if that german punk didnt spend half the season trying to kill him. i enjoy every sport under the sun. but i follow mostly football (some funny people call it soccer), rugby league and union, cricket, tennis, F1, motogp and to a lesser extent MMA. the current lady friend is a semi-pro netballer so i've taken some interest in that too. american sports seem to cater for tv a bit too much for my liking so i find them hard to watch. but i enjoy the NBA playoff season.

2010 MERCURY PRIZE (nominees stage)
it has been such a joy following the rise and rise of The xx since i first discovered them through 6music early in 2009. at that point they were nothing more than a hype band and unlike a great majority of them they actually delivered. i just love the quietness (if thats a word) of the album. it's just the most perfect album to listen to on a calm still winters night. i really enjoy music where u can pick out clearly each instrument and each note and thats exactly what the xx gave me over 11 tracks. i know it's not everyone cup of tea but i think it's brilliant. and i agree with eddie, Intro is an amazing start to the album and it's sort of become the standard montage song these days.

Pearl Jam
doesnt necessarily have to be a remaster but just a re-packaging. maybe throw in some b-sides a live show from their vaults maybe some demos too.
