  1. Oh my God, that's a horror show from England goalkeeper Rob Green -The Guardian :laugh3::laugh3::laugh3::laugh3::laugh3: And I just can't watch sport with commercials every 30 seconds...
  2. You're wrong. They're not unique, France manages to be worse! :laugh3: Now that's what I'm talkin'bout! Dunga never was a good player, and I have no idea who thought he'd make a good manager. And he's the one who prevented Internacional, the team I support, from getting demoted to the Second Division in 99! Thanks to him, we've never been there, and we never will. Agreed. But after 1950 and 1994, I don't doubt a thing when talking about Brazil.
  3. Italy stinks. Not as much as France does, but it stinks anyway. Even though I'm brazilian, I'll support Holland. While Brazil plays an "ugly" football, Holland plays a "beautiful" one. Also, they deserve it, specially after 74/78.
  4. That's why there's the expression "I THINK".
  5. I never said that. But that's not the point. I'm just saying I think it's really hard to support a team that doesn't win a single trophy in years. Gotcha?
  6. I think you were being sarcastic (hard to tell it in a text, you should try something like [/sarcasm] or [!]), so I'm going to reply as if so, sorry if I'm wrogn. I'm not saying they don't deserve fans, I'm just wondering how the fans manage to support a club that doesn't win at least a trophy every three years. The club I support (Internacional) has won at least one trophy every year, since 2002. And I just love it!
  7. How can some of you support a team that doesn't have any chance to win anything other than the Second Division? Thank God I support a team that wins at least one honour per year, I don't know if I could stand anything worse than that.
  8. Highs: Internacional 1 x 0 Barcelona (2006 FIFA Club World Cup) Grêmio 2 x 2 Atlético Paranasense (2004 Brazilian League) [those basterds went to the Second Division for the second time! :laugh3: :sneaky:] Low: Internacional 2 x 1 Nacional (2007 Libertadores da América) [we were eliminated at the Group Stage ) Just out of curiosity, is there anyone here that supports Barcelona so I can mock them? :sneaky:
  9. If you like the current jersey, just buy it. You don't know how the next jersey will be, and it might be horrible. I'm glad I bought the Internacional (for those who don't know it, we beat Barcelona in 2006 Club World Cup ) 2009 jersey. It's just amazing, while the 2010 jersey has two giant Reebok logos
  10. How did you know that :wreck: Under your profile (left) there's a little image that says either "online" or offilne. Cool, innit?
  11. Not for very long, dear friend. We'll have 4 World Club Cups very soon  And, if the only thing that counts are honours, Red Star Belgrade is historically more important than Arsenal, Chelsea and Liverpool. Is that fair?
  12. Santos won the Intercontinental Cup in 62 and 63. And the had Pelé, which makes it even bigger historically. PS: The 1980 Copa Libertadores was also unfair. Inter had a FUCKING GREAT TEAM, who won the Brazilian Championship in 79 without losing a single game (nobody ever did it again).
  13. Nacional and Peñarol are not better than São Paulo and Santos, historically speaking. With all the respect, the uruguayan footbal isn't that great anymore.
  14. Reily's offline  About the Maracanazo, it was really unfair. Brazil was a better team, and played a better match. Well, these things happen.
  15. Argentina and Uruguay have 14 Copa Américas, and Brazil has 8. If we had won the War of Tatters, we would've been independent. There are evidences that we would join Uruguay and Argentina.
  16. 6 Club World Cups. What was the last time? 1988, ain't it? Disgraceful! In 1980, Nacional won the Libertadores da América, while Internacional got 2nd place. :veryangry2: But in 2006, we sent you guys home early
  17. Internacional  I've never went to a Coldplay gig  And Porto Alegre has two Club World Cups. Not bad for a 1.5 million people city  And where are you from? I'm guessing Montevideo. Nacional or Peñarol?
  18. You can bet. I NEED to watch my footbal team matches, and the cable TV providers charge A LOT for it, making "alternative" receivers needed. And here, it's FREAKIN cold at the winter and FREAKIN hot at the summer, we really need air conditioner.
  19. Yep. 5 times. Cool, you live in Uruguay! I live in Rio Grande do Sul, right above you guys. We go there a lot to buy cable TV receivers and cheap air conditioners
  20. Do I really need to say who I think is going to win? <<<<< Pretty obvious! I think we're the best team in the world.
  21. ^ YAY! Now you know how shitty is the brazilian television.
  22. Oh, I didn't see there was a thread about it. I'm recording Fantástico as we speak! But I think it'll only be shown at the end of the show.
  23. Do the following: remove your CD burner from your CPU, and carefully throw it through the closest window. Now you know it's broken!
  24. That's not true! I need Lost, and I just can't pay for it (maybe because they are only sold after the season finished). I agree. If I download something I really like, I try to buy it legally. And sometimes I download things I already have in vinyl, no harm done.
  25. ^ I don't know if you already noticed it, but he's no longer playing for Man Utd. Time to update your sig
